I leaving 1 star because I cant post without giving a rating. Movers R Us Movers left my son and daughter-in-law stranded. They confirmed prior to the move. On the day of the move, no one showed up. They are refusing to refund the deposit.

They were very courteous throughout the move and were also very careful with my items to be sure they would not be scratched or damaged and also worked quickly and efficiently.

FL Movers R US was extremely professional and helpful from the first phone call. Jamie talked through our move and our needs and offered suggestions I would not have even considered. (She suggested they bring 'speed bins' for our mid size items that could be easily placed and transported rather than boxed). On arrival, Robert (Father), Robert (son) and Sue worked very efficiently and cared about our belongings and place as much as we do. On arrival at our new apartment, Robert took the time to make suggestions regarding placement etc for new apartment. We had the option to 'help' as much as we wanted to or stand back and 'allow' them to do all the work. They were very respectful of the time and were easy to work with. I would definitely recommend and will call again in the future. Oh, and they were very reasonable also!.

This moving company has two times moved me and both times where the best ever. Customer service is what it should be which you don't get that anymore these days so its nice when you do. The movers are awesome they put felt pads on my furniture for me they wrapped everything in pads in my house before putting it on the truck. Their equipment is clean and they were on time.

Best MOVERS I HAVE EVER HAD ON TIME POLITE AND VERY FUN AND BY FAR MY BEST MOVE!!! But i have to admit I was a little Leary about this company with the past reviews of not showing up on the day of the move and decided to gamble anyway booked with them not mentioning I had read the reviews I wanted a honest experience so they got my info sent me a confirmation email they called the day before my move and we confirmed the time for the morning they came on time took great care of my belongings even tightened the legs on my table and chairs they made the toughest day for me go by like a breeze they offered me a move out cleaning service I hired them for that and that was great also they are wonderful people I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

If I could give this company zero stars I would as that's what you could get if you try to hire this company. I was closing on two houses in one day, hours apart. I called this company 2 weeks in advance and was assured they would be there with 3 men and a truck between 9am and 9:30am. I have a 250 gallon fish tank that also had to be moved that day. The owner assured me this was no problem as he has a 210 gallon tank also and was very familiar with moving a tank of that size. I again spoke to the owner on the Friday preceeding my move and was told that we were scheduled with no problems. As I am sure you can imagine, I was completely surprised when the morning of my move came and they NEVER SHOWED UP! I called multiple times and all my calls went unanswered . I have never heard back from this company with any explanation as to why they never showed up and never called to even give me a heads up that no one was coming. They still will not return my calls. Luckily I was able to get in touch with another moving company who showed up at noon. Unfortunately, I lost thousands of dollars worth of corals due to the delay in the tank being delivered to the new location and I have Fl Movers R Us to thank for that. If you need a moving company that is reliable...AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

Amazing, wonderful, courteous, careful, smart and reasonably priced. I mean come on what else could you ask for. Great movers. Highly highly recommended. By the way I’ve used them three times already and will never use anyone else.

Update: I hired them in May 2017 to bring my stuff from Clearwater to orlando out of my storage unit. Which means I was not present at the pickup location. At first I thought they did an amazing job but I later realized that they stole some items from me. They stole a MPA-9 firearm with an attachable laser sight, bullets, cleaning kit and about 3 additional magazines. Also, my plates and glasses were missing. I didn't think anything of it at first, I just figured they left in the storage unit in Clearwater. I recently drove to the unit to see if I could find the item and it was missing. I know for a fact the workers in the storage facility did not take it. I'm going to file a BBB complaint. Way to take advantage of a disabled veteran smh.

Highly unsatisfied. They were a no call, no show. I packed up my entire place, including all my kitchen items and bedding, only to be left scrambling at the last minute to find a different moving company, with no one available until the following day. Once the two hour window of theoretical arrival passed, I called several times to find out what was going, I would have been forgiving if an earlier scheduled move was taking longer than expected, these things happen, but no one answered the phone and I never even received a curtesy call back.
