Flooring for the entire home was purchased at this, store and we have always had superb service. Today, Brayan topped it all. Patient, pleasant, courteous and very helpful young man. Thank you Brayan and I genuinely hope management knows they have an amazing employee. We will show you pics of our shower area once done.

Called to pick up an order. The gentlemen said come to the front door. This is what I see when I get there. There is no signage directing you where to go to pick up your order.I stood in the front for 15 minutes before asking someone where to go there’s no signage anywhere for anything Can’t get anyone to help as everyone is on their personal phones or the internet. It’s not very busy but I stood up front for 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me and only after another customer came in and saw what was going on

Just visited this store & Marissa made this trip exceptional. We are renovating out home and she took the time to figure out what we were looking for & then provided so much helpful guidance -- down to the grout color! Couldn't have asked for a better experience - thank you!

I've never seen a lazier group of people in my life! And don't show up and hour before close because they'll avoid you. Don't except to pick up your order on the same day either because they'll put it off til the next day.

Best selection of tiles you can find at a competitive price. I just wish they would still carry the Acryl Pro adhesive so I could get all the materials I needed in one place.

I was wandering around the beautiful store with so many options to choose from - and must have had a glazed look in my eye. Jami (an assistant manager) said hello and gave me the opportunity to pester her with questions. She helped me find what I was looking for, provided helpful tips to share with my installers (to make sure the job is done right), and loaded up boxes of lovely tile onto my cart (which she brought over to me).She didn't hover but let me browse at my own pace, then checked on me occasionally to see if I had any more questions (which of course I did).Everyone I came into contact with was friendly, helpful, and made this a great experience. NOW I hope the tile job goes well and the backsplash for my kitchen is a lovely as the people in Clermont.

Went in yesterday and was there for over an hour and a half. Though it was clear I was not finding anything that I needed, not once did a single employee come up and offer help. In fact, only 1 employee ever spoke to me -- a male cashier who told me where the bathroom was (no signage) and also said good-bye when we were leaving. Several employees walked around stocking and such while we were there, but never said so much as hello. The store is large and overwhelming and while I should have asked for help, passing so many employees without being acknowledged just made me not want to ask for anything. A shame as I drove from Tampa because I was told the Clearwater store had the better selection.

Asked for help & girl walked away mid sentence to help someone else. Bought tile and they wrote up order to be picked up the following day. I even paid. Told them the time the guy would be there. Our guy got there and they had not pulled the order. I pulled half the order myself the night before. What would they have done if someone had purchased what I already paid for???? Said oh sorry. If you absolutely MUST use Floor & Decor, I recommend any other store besides the Clearwater store.

I was 2 boxes short from finishing a laminate flooring project at my house. Floor and decor was the only store in town that had the size and color to match what I already had. The snap in system was reversed from the system I already had but a little snip here and a little engineering there and voila...project complete !! Floor and Decor saves the day, thank you guys again.

Awesome place to shop for, guess what; Floor and Decor - very appropriately named. Good selection and awesome service. Different story when you want large format porcelain tiles delivery or arrange for pick-up - a totally unwarranted fussy mess. You would think that tile people would know how to handle tiles in a more efficient manner. Nope! But as you can see by the five star review, I don't hold it against them. Working with fragile and quite expensive merchandise. Grateful they actually carry it.

Needed transition pieces to match my floors. I called the store and had ROSS on the phone. He told me there was no direct matching piece from the manufacturer, however give him the item name/ number and he would look around. Over the phone he gave me matching SKU numbers to check out on arrival. When we arrived we approached BRAD but there were only two strips left, we needed six of them. Brad could have told us whatever you see is what we have, but he went through all the mouldings and found another. Then we saw the website said nine in stock and BRAD checked for us again and was able to find them in storage. Many would say , "well that's their jobs" but as we know service can be hit or miss nowadays. As the face of the organization they both provided positive and fine service!

Terrible customer service. Had 6 unopened boxes of engineered hardwood flooring to return that was more than 90 days since I purchased them. I called the pro desk and they said no problem we will give you store credit. I said ok, went down to the store and started the return process. The cashier had to call the store manager to confirm p, in which he said no problem, store credit. So while they were taking care of the return I loaded up a couple of thousand dollars worth of merchandise for my next client. When I went to cash out the manager told me they couldn't honor the return stating he would loose his job. So after some back and forth I told the manger to keep the floors and I also didn't make the new purchase. They just lost a customer who spends $30k - $50k per year. Not the fist incident this year with Floor & Decor but definitely the last.

FOLLOWUP:Here's a followup on the horrible customer service I reported last week. I still don't have my flooring and The local Floor & Decor does not even answer their phone when I call. I tried calling 7 times. It rings and rings - nobody answers. Are they even a business? So I called the home office (again). They say it shipped and might be there in 5-10 days. That's what they said when I ordered it 2 weeks ago.I strongly advise - do not use this company. They seem like they are on the verge of being closed for business.REVIEW FROM LAST WEEK:Terrible customer service. I ordered flooring that was supposed to be here a week ago. I spent 3 hours on the phone trying to get someone to help. Turns out, they have my flooring at a different store about 3 hours away, but they refuse to ship it to the store near me - unless I pay an additional $300-$500. I still don't have the flooring and they don't have any idea when I might get it. This is costing me money. I knew they had a bad reputation, but a friend told me they were ok. Never again will I purchase from this company.

This place is heaven for anyone that loves tile! Cathy was so amazingly helpful and extremely patient while I carefully strolled through each aisle. After spending forever making my decisions, I received an email from the store listing my favorite selections. Highly recommend!!!

While I was stuck at work, my wife recently stopped in to pick up some boxes of ledger stone for our bathroom remodel. The store had an abundance of the particular brand and color in-stock online. Upon arrival, she located the stone herself and requested assistance in retrieving it from a nearby staff member as the stone was stored overhead on a pallet. She was told it would take over two hours for him to retrieve a forklift and pull the stone down. The store was practically empty at 2PM on a Monday with one other patron browsing unassisted. When she asked if this sort of wait time was normal, she was told that she could drive to the sister stores in Tampa or St. Pete where the stone might be already down on the showroom floor. Amazed that he would offer her the option of driving to a different city rather than retrieve a pallet of product, she stated she would wait. Finally, the annoyed staff member returned and retrieved multiple boxes of stones, 50lbs each. She was offered no assistance to the register or out to her vehicle. She was alone, holding our 7 month old daughter throughout the entire wait and loaded the vehicle by herself. - 05/15/2023
