The website design for this "realty company" is absolutely horrible. I can only imagine what their service would be. In addition, Olivia Gans, the daughter to the owner, said some extremely misandry-orientated commentary about me on Instagram. If I were you, I would choose any other company to deal with. Please like my review if this helped you choose another company.

"Florida 4U Realty and David Gans are beyond exceptional! He was right on the money with the appraised value which helped with a very short selling time. A true professional and I would recommend him to my family and friends!" He became part of the family and I will miss working with him. I felt so much better having his help with my mom selling her house while I was in Virginia. I knew she was in good hands.
