Pretty bad experience thus far. Every time I call to speak with someone they are never there and able to get a hold of and good luck getting a call back.

In our 18 years in the military, this is the worst experience we've ever had. I have email trails, photos, and documents to support each claim.

They should change their name to 'We throw your "stuff" in boxes.' They moved our house and improperly packed almost everything, missed timelines and messed up on weights. Whatever you do, pick another moving company--even if you have to pay twice or three times the cost. It'll be cheaper in the long run...
