My Papa from Ohio sent me flowers for my birthday from this company. I had took the day off of work so I was home all day… no one knocked on my door or anything to let me know they were here or that they arrived. I didn’t even know that these flowers got delivered to me until I went out to my doorstep of my apartment the next day to look for an Amazon package which means they were out there all night. When I finally discovered them and brought them inside they were covered in flies and dying and read the card my name was spend incorrectly… JAYMIE????? I have never met someone in my life with the name Jamie spend that way. Didn’t deliver properly and spelled my name wrong…sent my dad a picture of the arrangement after I got it off my doorstep a day later and he was furious. For the 100 dollars he told me he spent, a disabled Marine veteran living on disability I was shocked…… Told him to never order through these people again and that I would never recommend.

I am so grateful to Flowers by Frances for coming through with an absolutely beautiful floral arrangement for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary, especially with no notice! I had forgotten to order ahead but on the day of event, they not only managed to accommodate my request but created a stunning bouquet that exceeded my expectations. The flowers were incredibly fresh, and the arrangement lasted for a full week — they truly held up beautifully. The service was friendly and professional, and the whole experience was perfect. Highly recommend for anyone looking for top-quality flowers and excellent service!

I requested a nice flower arrangements for Boss’s Day at the discretion of the designer and WOW did Mark deliver! It was gorgeous and it totally made the boss the envy of all others haha! Delivery was on point and communication was awesome! Thank you again, highly recommended!!!

I love the feedback I get whenever I send flowers to my loved ones from Flowers by Frances! Thwy always say they are Huge and Beautiful! They also last longer than flowers I buy from anywhere else. If you’re looking to surprise someone or make them feel special call Flowers By Frances! They will wow your loved ones. They are also great at coming up with ideas other than flowers to send. They will send flowers anywhere since they have partnerships where they can get you the most for your money. Don’t call an 800 number or order online to a company they will keep half your money.

Very good one. I like the place. Asked what I'm looking for and found me the best match. Even though it was not exactly the thing they know flowers. And promised to find me the thing next week. Will see if they do. Now 5 stars are well deserved.

They saved the day!!! Amazing service! They were to help us out when we were in a pickle. Previous order from another place was cancelled, the visitation was starting and called them and they were prompt to save the day! Beautiful arrangement too! 10/10 would recommend them! WE WILL BE USING THEM IN THE FUTURE! :)
