Everyone here did a great job with my grandmother she is blind and mostly deaf, but they were very gentle and patient! For my legs and feet the massage was great and they took their time .

VERY EXPENSIVE AND VERY RUDE!!! Jason was horrible I went in on a Saturday at 1:30 I left at 5:15 ridiculous not to mention my full set he did French tips I was in so much pain later that night with how thick he made them. Then I come in Sunday morning telling him I’m in pain that I didn’t know that to do with myself, on my left hand I had bitten off like 3 nails because the pain was that bad the right hand still had the full set on and Jason proceeded to have an attitude with me that it’s my fault they hurt because I bit them off! No and what about the other hand my nails why do they hurt? Not fair how he couldn’t take accountability for the shitty service he provided me with proceeded to tell me I’m not giving u a refund I asked for credit for next time he said No I didn’t “cut you” I never said he did, so needless to say no refund no credit so I said I need these nails soaked off my fingers are swollen. Just horrible horrible service. No to mention came here a couple time between me and my daughter never left with out paying over $ 250.00. It’s just so disappointing. I would never RECOMMEND ANYONE WASTE THEIR MONEY HERE !

Love this place! Have been going here (on and off) for about a couple of years now! They are always very kind and the pedicures are so wonderful and relaxing! Recently, had a bit of an issue with the gel not being cured all the way (but realized it after I got home), so I went back to ask about getting it fixed, and they immediately went above and beyond to fix it at no charge! 😍 Will continue to be loyal to this place and will be bringing friends!

Not thrilled with my nails at all. Pros were everyone was very nice and they took me on a walk-in basis. But as far as workmanship, my nails look like I have Chiclets on them. Meaning they are thick and not cut as they should be. My pedicure was not the best. You go in expecting good service especially for the prices They are charging now. If you’re going to try this place, take a picture of what you Want maybe that will help. Hi myself, will stick to doing my nails at home. Which is unfortunate because I like to pamper myself.

The spa manager completely took care of me. She did such a beautiful job in a timely manner. I appreciated how fast she got back to me and how she took care of me. I will be coming back to her! She did a great job on shape and color!

Some of their nail techs are definitely great, unfortunately the product they use on dip manicure starts to chip after 3 to 4 days. Cero starts at addressing the issue after letting them know couple times.

I have been going here because it's convenient. I had a mani and pedi. $43 each. I was rushed in, didn't get everything listed for the pedicure, and my nails were not even finished. No topcoat. They looked very dull. I got to the front, and of course, the price was $40 more than the original quoted price. I've never had a pedicure so fast, and when I tried to talk, they ignored me. No response to me. I've changed my nail tech. If Mina is there, they do their job correctly. I will never go back.
