We absolutely love Foundations therapy! My son was nervous coming in, but the therapists did a fantastic job helping him adjust and he couldn't stop talking about how much fun he had. Amy and Bill were patient and kind. This place is wonderful and I highly recommend!

Amazing people who care about your family and works with you around your schedule if they can. So happy we found this place and my son loves it here.

From Foundations Therapy
Foundations Therapy is a pediatric occupational therapy office that also offers physical and speech therapy. We are dedicated to providing a family-oriented atmosphere which meets the individual needs of children. Our mission is to give individualized, quality care to each child, offer support to families, and provide education within the community. We are located across the street from Countryside High School.
