Today a driver from Frank's body shop came to pick up my car via AAA. It was amazing how quickly they showed up. They text me, they sent me a map of how far away they were and they also called me. Then they called again to follow up on how my experience was with them. I thought they were very efficient. If you have to call AAA see if you can get Frank's body shop to come to your car.

Frank's body shop is a lifesaver. I blew a tire heading toward Tampa. On the interstate, they got to me quickly and ensured that I could get to the repair facility as soon as possible. They went above and beyond with their service. And I appreciate what they are doing for me. Rest assured. I recommend them for any of your towing or body repair needs

Waited 13 hours for a tow truck.
They did come out 3x with the wrong tow truck. I clearly stated each time needs flat bed. I've been waiting there since 930 am. They call me at 800pm and after we confirmed this could be picked up unattended they said they won't honor it.
Name a company that can litterly keep you home without work for 11hrs with nothing accomplished. Towing is not that hard of a job

The owner is a complete jerk. They took my car from a scene of an accident and then held my car as hostage. Cost me $400 to get my car out of the lot for it only sitting there for a few days. He refused to even look at my car. On top of that he wouldn’t accept card payments so I had to pay to get out there just to pay them to release my car.

We had a minor issue, tow truck tapped our fence and destroyed the Rubbermaid cabinet and tool box but the owner was fair and reimbursed us immediately. We appreciate you taking care of this matter so quickly. Thanks again.

A driver from this company is extremely rude, he got out of the vehicle to shout and insult. I'm afraid to enter your premises and find someone like that who provides me with a service.

I highly recommend Frank's body shop! They had to replace a lot of the body parts and my car looks brand new. Like nothing ever happened. The paint job looks awesome. They are a great team.Nice and easy people to talk to

John was awesome in giving me honest answers in regards to my car. I'd been to numerous places trying to see if I needed something repaired (they either quoted me really high prices or said they don't do that repair). John explained I didn't need the extensive repair, did a quick fix and even fixed my hood that wasn't closing properly. Would highly recommend them and if I ever need anything else, I'll definitely be back!

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Almost just got killed by one of your tow trucks running a light on 34th st. Seems to be a pretty common occurrence with tow truck drivers being the worst drivers around.

Excellent service ! My Infiniti q50 was completely wrecked on the right side and they were able to repair my car . My car looks brand new , I highly recommend them !
