Had a great experience at Nissan of Clearwater. Bought a great car at a great price. Financing was a breeze. The dealership is a full service DMV - got my registration and new plates right there (surprise). Charlie Carney was the best! Walked us through the entire process. I highly recommend Charlie and Nissan of Clearwater.

Great car buying experience. Austin was able to find me nice, reliable vehicle with low mileage and at a great price. Dealership is super clean, everyone is friendly. I’ll be back for one of the fancy cars in the showroom, soon!

Our sales person,Branden V. was completely professional, and provided outstanding service. We did not need to go through the painful process of buying a new car. I would give him an A for product knowledge as well as an A or 5 stars for customer service and customer satisfaction. Thank you so much Branden, my husband and I are grateful. Came in after a disaster yesterday. The 20 year old family car finally went to pasture. Came in with a general idea of what we were looking for, a cookie cutter set of ideas. They ran the credit, showed us some used options based on needs and wants. Now a proud owner of a used Kia Soul. I never expected to buy a car today, let alone a KIA from a Nissan dealership. Christopher Boan has been a fantastic sales representative on this scary journey that is buying a car. Everything was explained and very transparent. I would definitely recommend Clearwater Nissan for your future or current needs. ?

I received excellent service at Nissan of Clearwater! Everyone was courteous and respectful. Since the vehicle was going to take a few hours, you were able to take me home and then pick me back up to return to Nissan. I will definitely be back for all my needs. I especially want to thank Ryan in the service center. I definitely have no complaints, and will recommend to all! Thank you!!!!

Unfortunately, two of your female associates (Nikki and Brandy,) made it impossible for me to trust the integrity of your services.Because of them and the actions they chose to do towards me (which was not only insulting to my character and intelligence, but was also erosive to your organization's integrity,) I decided it was in my best interest to take my business elsewhere.I would highly recommend your organization to punish these two women so that they learn their lesson to not do this to a paying customer again.If I was their manager I would personally see to it that they are both terminated effective immediately as this type of behavior reflects poorly on your organization and as you know, word of mouth in the auto profession is a pretty big deal if you wish to remain in business with good reviews in your community.

AVOID this dealership at ALL costs!They will scam you out of thousands of dollars, sell you a defective vehicle that creates life threatening situations, and then they will pretend like they did everything in their power to make you happy.ZERO MORALS. They could care less about your safety so be careful when driving a car off of their lot. It may be okay the first 15 minutes but all of a sudden the engine will stall! Not only that but we have proof from another Nissan dealership that their service “repairs” caused half the issues because they were done incorrectly by Nissan of Clearwater. They clearly care more about money and quick “bandaid” fixes than their customers safety.The GM himself said that he will not “buy” the car back from us because he will lose money unless we accept it for $8,000 LESS THAN what we paid. The payment was made 3 months ago but it has only been in possession for less than 5 days total. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY, not safety.Horrible horrible horrible business. RUN!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM NISSAN OF CLEARWATER. Lack of communication, defect of car, 3 month car delivery, complete disregard for safety, and moral and ethical incompetence = stay away! Worst buying/customer service experience EVER.They're attentive when selling. BEWARE, after your payment is made, all enthusiasm vanishes and they forget about you. From the sale date, it took 51 days to deliver the car, 3 days after delivery, it was at a dealership to fix the defective car. That is not the start of the awful experience. 2 weeks after the car purchase, I followed up and they "forgot" about me because the salesperson quit BUT I closed the deal with the Director of Sales who still works there? There's no excuse for forgetting about a customer. 15 minutes after the delivery time passed for the delivery day, I contacted the delivery driver who informed me he drove to the dealership and it was not ready. I found out from the delivery driver that the car needed repair, NOT the dealership? Unprofessional and unacceptable. Right after, I got a call from a salesperson at the Nissan who told me an airbag recall delayed delivery and gave a new delivery date. My fiancé on the next delivery day after no communication and the same salesperson informed her that there was originally an issue with the "brain" of the transmission that they knew about all along and the part is still not here. Why was I never informed that the car had this issue or that the car was not going to be delivered, AGAIN?2 weeks later the car was delivered. Prior to, I expressed my concers to the GM about the safety of the car did not want to accept it. I requested $500 of the delivery fees to be refunded and he agreed. First time I drove the car was a 2-hour distance. At 2 hours, the car starts throwing itself forward in the middle of traffic and the engine stalls. My fears about the safety of the car were confirmed. The car was towed to another dealership. I immediately texted the GM about my concerns for my safety AGAIN and informed about the life-threatening situation that put myself and my fiancé at risk. The GM responded, "Hunter, this can happen to any car. Sorry you experienced this. Tow to the nearest dealership and I will have my service director call you in the morning." After expressing multiple concerns and the seriousness of the situation, the GM's response was extremely dismissive. The next day I spoke with the GM on a group call with the service director and the technician that worked on the car. I was informed the issue encountered earlier that prevented them from delivering the car originally was the same one I encountered.After the car was in the new dealership for 3 weeks, it was "repaired" and returned to me. The service report on the car listed that the fix implemented was required because of an installation done incorrectly at a previous dealership so, the car's issue was directly caused by Nissan of Clearwater. I then drove the car home (2 hours.) On the way it started breaking down by lurching backwards and forwards again like it did before in the middle of traffic, threatening my life again. It was towed to another Nissan dealership.The car then remained there for 39 days. During, the technicians said they found poor quality repairs made by previous dealership (Nissan of Clearwater.) The technicians struggled to figure out the cause of the issues and the head Nissan car technician/engineer of the entire southeastern United States region had to help them. The engineer said to replace the whole engine to which they did WITHOUT my authorization which violated their policy. They concluded too much sealant was used on a previous repair (Nissan of Clearwater) which seeped into the engine causing the issues.It took 51 days to deliver the car and in the additional 67 days after the delivery, I have only had it 5 days total and driven it twice for more than 30 minutes, both times resulting in life threatening malfunctioning of the car. They WON'T refund $34,000+ I paid in full.They only

Just bought my first car today! The salesman David Anderson was amazingly considerate with my needs for this vehicle. Very happy.Second visit: The service employee who worked with me was Nikki. She made this experience very pleasant. She was straight forward with explanations to my questions and made me feel even more comfortable with the services provided by Nissan. She was knowledgable and even looked at more than I asked her to by bringing to my attention that I was due for an oil change when I was unaware. I was very appreciative of her professionalism and care in the management of my Nissan. She even came to find me when my car was done even though I received an automated text to let me know; I found this to be truly exceptional.

I went in here to get my car looked at for a faulty door. They said they were going to order the part and I could comeback in a week. I cam back a week later, they said the appointment was for the following week. I cam back the following week, they told me they needed another part for the door.I tried calling 3 times and was hung up on or there was a "tech issue" and then when I called back I spoke to someone who was so unprofessional it scared me. Just overall unprofessional, and somewhere I would never want to return to. I recommend trying another dealership don't waste your time.

I made an appointment to have some recalls fixed on my vehicle. As well as my 67,000 mile service. I made an appointment and brought my car in on Thursday morning at 9 AM where I was told that there was no loaner vehicle available and I would have to rent a car at my own cost. I had already been told by maher chevrolet that the service appt should only take a few hours. I only did not use maher because they were down in Saint Pete and I lived in Clearwater and thought it would be a good idea to go to a service department closer to my home. Boy was I wrong! After two days of having my car, they did absolutely nothing- not any work at all. They did not even have a service technician on the first day my car was there while I was paying for a rental car the second day they told me that the technician would be in later that day but it would also need to be there the next day as well on Saturday. They expected me to pay $150 rental for a couple of hours of service work - 2 of which were recalls. All because they don't have the staff to do the work. And they were fine to take their time because I was having to rent a car. I sent them a message to have my car ready for me Friday at 5 PM.I would absolutely not recommend this place at all. I now have $100 in rental car charges and I still have not one single thing fixed or done for my vehicle. Nothing. It was a waste of time and money for me and I'm very upset. I called the service manager twice and received no phone call back. I was assigned a service technician and I asked multiple times for estimates on cost and estimates for when my car will be finished and I just kept getting replies that the technician would be in later that day. This place is horrible.

Took an hour for them to fix my recalled car keys. That's a two minute fix. Also the recall didn't allow me to flip my key back so it was useless. The lady said "we need your car to fix the keys" and did not explain they were doing a car inspection which I didn't want. Last time they gave me a car inspection they told me I needed new tires and I did not need new tires.Two starts because there are some really awesome people who work there I just had a bad experience with the customer service woman this time and the mechanic from last time.
