I bought an hdmi cord for $16 on a Friday, realized it was the wrong item, and then went to take it back on Saturday - receipt in hand and still sealed. The employee there couldn't figure out how to return it and couldn't figure out how to give me store credit, so he refused to do anything for me.ALSO - i wrote into gamestop's customer service (because you can only email them) and NEVER heard back.I would rather order what I need online or in a place like target than go to another gamestop.

Well, it’s been a long time since I’ve been to a GameStop. I used to go there quite a bit with my young son so he could play his games. they haven’t changed much which is kind of refreshing. They helped me pick out some thing that I wanted to get nice people I would recommend them highly!

I bought each of my sons an item a week apart at this GameStop (Countryside Mall). During that week the item went on sale. I was told I could bring in both receipts and I would be refunded the difference. I brought in the receipts as requested, manager (Jennifer) stated there was an issue with GameStops system. Despite the system errors, Jennifer made sure the difference was refunded to me. Great customer service!

It’s fine. Some of the employees are nice. They don’t really turn over their stock as much as they used to. I’d also recommend against pre-ordering here. I did so a while back, and never got a call that my ordered item came in. After a couple days it was sold out from under me, and I couldn’t get my money back unless I called their customer service phone number (which, currently eight days after calling, I still haven’t gotten).

Won't be back here again. Thursday, July 20, 11:20 ish AM the husband went in to purchase a game.He was in there at least ten minutes and when he came out, he came out empty handed, angry that the kid behind the counter was more interested in talking to other kids in there and digging Funko Pops out of boxes, (the kids weren't purchasing anything, they were just wasting time) than tending to my husband...STANDING AT THE COUNTER...and the $60 game he had in his hand.He completely ignored my husband in favor of showing the kids the Funko's.If this kid doesn't want to do his job, he needs to be fired in favor of someone who A) actually wants to work and B) doesn't let $60 sales walk out the door.How many others have walked out? Y'all might want to think about that.

They dont clean there games, consoles or controllers properly if you bought a console from here I would return it, get a warranty or get it checked out. Mismanaged. Has a terrible computer system that makes it a nightmare to use more than 1 giftcard. *in a mall too*.

Had a great experience when I was in a rush to quickly pickup gift cards I needed that day. Both employees stopped what they were doing to make sure they greeted me (which never happens anywhere anymore). The woman working then came over to ask if I needed help and proceeded to show me where the cards were by walking over to them. I had further questions about Nintendo Switches to help make a decision on my purchase and she answered all of my questions and was very informative. I didn’t get the name of the employees working but both were clearly well informed and put the customers first. I was at the store on 3/17 around 12:30.
