Had an appointment at 1:40pm to fix my cracked phone screen. Drove an hour to this Best Buy and was turned away by some idiot at the front because I was 10 minutes late. Rescheduled for 4:40pm and came back, only to be told to wait because they were busy. So I guess showing up on time didn't even matter? Not to mention, a woman next to me showed up 26 minutes after her appointment time and was still helped. When they finally called me up, they told me I had to make another appointment for my phone to get fixed because they were too busy. So I made an appointment... for them to make me another appointment? I basically wasted my whole day because the idiot with the iPad checking people in turned me down and told me to come back.

My Name is Nathan, upon arriving at the store after calling Apple to set a repair for back glass damage on my IPhone 16 Pro Max they have denied Apple Care on my device and charged me full price, I sat there for 3 hours with the geek squad agent and Apple showing I indeed had Apple Care on my device, they then suggested I travel all the way from this location to Tampa International Mall to have my phone repaired as their system says I had no coverage. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

I took my Toyota FJ to the Geek Squad automotive service center to look at my stereo and speakers which were not working properly, thinking I was going to need a new stereo, as others were telling me. Felipe there took a quick look at my car, and magically fixed my speaker and stereo issue in a matter of minutes, saving me a big spend. He also took the time to fix my rear seat release, which I thought might be pinching the speaker wiring. This seat release issue was a real frustration for me that he quickly fixed. I've used GeekSquad before, but this man Felipe showed great integrity in his work and service to me. I will definitely be back, and ask for him by name for my car audio needs. Highest recommendation!

I asked for help to get a connection for a projector to my MAC. I was given a 800 number that asked me if I dropped off my computer. I don't need my computer fixed. I returned to geek squad desk in Best Buy and the clerk told me to call 800 number again

They give you an appointment at 11:20 and you wait there for minutes. It's almost 12 o'clock. And no one is looking, all they do is take names and put places in the queue.

The worst Best buy i have ever shops at. The employee do care to help the customer they just point you into the direction it is in so they can keep talking to the other employee. I ask for a warranty on the product that I have bought and no warranty. DO NOT GO TO THIS BEST BUY!

Very helpful, friendly & knowledgeable staff. Only downside is they don’t cary inventory of items actually needed to repair your item. I recommend calling ahead to explain the issue and trouble shooting before driving to your appointment. Could end up being a waste of time.

I need to mention first that I do not take pleasure in leaving this review. I normally don't even do these and only write the positive feedbacks. But the service on my issue was just so bad, it would almost be a disservice of mine to not let other customers be aware of my experience. To try and keep this long story short. I brought my laptop for repair around mid September ish. Charged me a $85 deposit (give or take) for the repair. Shipped my laptop to some facility in Tennessee, which added about 3-4 days of waiting. Once over there, received a notification saying they received the parts and that my computer was being repaired, estimated at $117 for the repair. But then a couple days later, received a phone call saying the part needed to repair my laptop was on backorder and that if they would not receive it within 30 days, they would ship back my laptop unrepaired. Followed up with them about 4-5 times during that time, no change. I even found the part myself online and told them I could send it to them, they refused saying it has to come only from their supplier. I tried to cancel the repair maybe a week before the deadline, to be told that if I did this, I would lose my deposit. Then Oct. 24th they FINALLY shipped back my laptop to me. As of today, I am still waiting on the refund of my deposit. But the worst part of it all, is that the famous "backorder" piece, I was able to get it from a reputable manufacturer in less than a week. And then once I got the piece, I brought my laptop to a small shop in Tampa that does repair, and it literally took them 55 minutes to fix my computer!! There is just no way, NO WAY that you can justify such poor service. All the people I spoke with were nice and (somewhat) helpful. But this company is ab..so..lu..tely not geared towards getting results. I will avoid them at all cost in the future.
