they kicked me and my 2 friends out before we even took 5 steps in, we hadn’t said or done anything, we were sentenced out for the crime of being teenagers. the thing is we didn’t even look the least bit threatening or bothersome, we just wanted to look around and maybe buy some toys but alas

Prices are reasonable wnd has a lot of good stuff, especially for gifts. However, every time I purchase from here their bags leave residue on my hands of blue, red and green that doesn't come off too easily. This is a good store, just don't ask for a bag if you plan to continue walking around the mall.

Lady here is the worst. My friend and I walked in and were simply browsing, genuinely not causing any disturbances. When looking at a simple sock puppet (that was already off packaging) as a gift for my younger sister, she started yelling at us to leave unprompted. She said we should get out because we aren't going to buy anything even though we were looking to. Horrible service and loss of sales!

It’s very unfortunate how the young folks act like fools and get kicked out of this store leave reviews that are negative if you conduct yourself in a respectful manner this wouldn’t happen, I’ve had nothing but great experiences when I’ve been in this store I feel as if the owner goes above and beyond for my request being an avid Pokémon card collector she usually has something behind the counter!

I've been to this place once before and for some reason the a employee decided to kick out the group of friends that I was in and we were doing absolutely nothing. We weren't doing anything bad, they just told us to leave because we weren't going to buy anything.

Absolutely appalled- I was in today and overheard one of the employees, assuming owner from other post with the same issue, aggressively kick out a small group of tweens that were truly shopping and so well behaved (I was by them the whole time). You should have seen their faces :( they were so embarrassed- you could tell they were good kids. NEVER stepping foot in this establishment again.

My niece and I purchased 2 calendars today from Go! Calendars, Toys, & Games @ Countryside Clearwater Mall. She was so excited about her Wish calendar and the BTS calendar she was going to give her grandma. Unfortunately later that day, while we were still at the mall both calendars got soaked. Before we left, I decided to go back and buy the same calendars to replace the wet ones. When I reached the cash register the lovely lady we had spoken to earlier was still there. I was telling her what happened and as I was getting ready to pay, she told us that it was okay and not to worry about it. I was completely surprised and felt so touched by her kindness. I would highly recommend this store to anyone and everyone. Great customer service and a nice variety of products. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My youngest brother accidentally step on a toy she got mad and had a very rude attitude she almost called security on my little brother and we found a toy there 15 bucks when we went down to Macy's we found the same toy for 5 bucks it's a scam.

I was shocked and appauled at the customer service, she was extremely hostile, rude, and generally NOT NICE. do not go here, you can get better value for ur money at a dollar store.
