Paul here at goodyear on east bay was super helpful and informative on what was wrong with my car. All repairs done have been completed the same day so will be coming to them in the future for all my car troubles and needs

Went to Midas first, Sorry I know we all make mistakes. They treated me horrible and told me to go to Goodyear. I did and they charged less and fixed immediately. Thank you

I took my 2019 Audi A6 Quattro in for a Restore & Protect oil change service, which comes with a free tire rotation & a multi-point inspection btw, today and it was my first ever experience with a Goodyear Auto Service location, let alone this one in particular. I'm beyond happy with my experience.
Specifically, the level of customer service & transparency I received from Thomas & James was absolutely exceptional. I will certainly continue servicing my car with them. Thank you, gentlemen!

Staff are courtesy and helpful. The store waiting area is clean. Services are done as promised. Tires are very good quality and Goodyear offers some discounts to attract customers. Prices are competitive. Recommended.

I wanted to say THANK YOU to everyone that was here today especially James on the 4th of July. My Kia Soul had it's tail light out. Came in to see if they could change it. James told me the price and when I told him I didn't have it he said he would take care of it for me. He didn't have to do that. I was concerned about being pulled over when I went out for the fireworks. He made sure that was not going to happen. Again thanks for everything and if I need any service in the future I now know where I will be coming to. I hope all of you have a wonderful 4th of July!!

They changed my oil and put their awful gooey sticker on the tinted upper part of my windshield. It was a mess to remove and ended up damaging tbe tint. Completely thoughtless place to put the sticker given the goo or whatever is on it. Called to inform them as a simple courtesy and the guy just argued with me about how he has been in the business for 35 years and they use the same cling stickers as all others blah blah blah. Dont know what to tell ya, *** even Take 5 was baffled at your sticker and its placement. Thank goodness they were able to help minimize the damage of your sticker.

This is the best place for almost anything you need. I first came here many many years ago when I owned a Mustang and the service was always honest and fair for oil changes, tires, and repairs. Now I drive a Volkswagen and they still provide great service. These guys aren't slimy salesmen and don't try and sell you things you don't need. I always leave this location feeling like I got honest, fair, friendly service and will continue to return to give them business! Highly recommend.

Shout out to James, Bob, and crew that was here today. They were in the trenches with a worker calling in sick. Appointments started backing up. James rolled up his sleeves and headed to the back. Stayed calm when customers started getting antsy. And just kept being professional. I'll be back for sure.

We've got 2 cars and have been customers for 15 years. Not just for tires, they do a handful of different services. Much cheaper and faster than the dealers. We have never had a bad experience with that location. Mike and James are Always so friendly, honest, and fair. They have a great team and phenomenal customer service! Would refer them anyone! Thank you Guys!

My first time using them and I’ll never go anywhere else. I thought I needed brakes but turns out I didn’t. Instead of scamming me out of my money they told me the truth. I 100% recommend them. Mike, the boss, is amazing, and so was James!
