We ordered a refrigerator and have waited WEEKS for delivery. Now the delivery guy says he can’t do anything with the water line even thought a new braided water line is included in the order. Then the number they gave us to call had no clue about what to do. So now we wait on a plumber to do whatever has to be done with the water line and wait again for delivery of the unit. This has happened to us before with other appliances from Home Depot. Shame on us for trusting them again.

It's your typical home depot. This one in particular is understaffed, so you're gonna wait a bit for help. And I've done 3 pick up orders and even though I get notifications on it being ready at curbside, it's not, I have to pick up at customer service, and it usually takes longer for them to get it out of the back than had I gone to get it myself. It's a bit of a first world problem, I know, but still if you confirm it's an order for curbside then back up your words.

The staff on the morning of 5-21-22 the whole staff was extraordinarily. Our dog ran away, and he turned up miles away in their parking lot at 4:00 am. The brought him in gave him a safe place surrounded by caring folks. They also notified our greyhound rescue with his location, we were reunited about 7:00am. I can't tell you how grateful we are.

Needed to pop in to get some repair supplies for the parent's house. Pretty much a consistent HD experience, this one was a bit busier than others that I have visited. Seemed to have plenty of staff and several asked if I needed assistance. I liked that they had plenty of cash registers open, I didn't wait in line long. The only downside to this one is the parking/traffic pattern. Its just plain hard to get in and out of. Not sure they can do much about that, could probably say that about any business on 19. I will park further away where its more convenient to get out rather than right in front of the store.

It's not the biggest HD I've been to. but they always have everything I need for my newly bought house and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They prices are better than Lowes also.

After contracting with Home Depot for new PGT windows on March 8, 2021 paying in full, on June 2, 2021 installers arrived to install windows. When they completed the installation, we were left with 4 missing screens, a window that would not stay in an open position, the 2 screens that were installed were covered in some sort of caulking and one had a hole in it. No track on the slider door in which to install a screen. the door handle locks were very sloppy and both doors moved when closing one side. During the installation, the windows in living room area had a large gap between the opening and window in which the installers filled in with caulk instead of adding a wood window frame to close the gap and allow the window to fit tightly into the opening. we live with a daily popping sound coming from the window. To date, we can not get Home Depot, the installation company or PGT to take responsibility and ownership of the windows that in good faith we paid $11,478.85 for new (not broken with missing parts) hurricane (5) windows. We are senior citizens on a fixed income. It has been 4 1/2 months since the windows have been installed and we can't open the windows or the sliding door. Be aware of trusting Home Depot with their Pro shop. Once they get your money, they tell you to take it up with their business partners.

We are having issues with the plumbing and toilets so we went to check out replacements parts and things to fix the problems. The gentleman in the plumbing section was extremely helpful and showed us exactly what parts we needed to repair the problem. Alberto, I believe is his name, is one amazing and outstanding associate with genuine customer service for the plumbing department. We went twice while he was on duty and he really is knowledgeable and helpful. The staff here at this location really are helpful and happy to assist with what you came there for. A big thank you to Alberto and the staff at this location. Very much appreciated for all your help.

We've used The Home Depot a few times to install the following items. 1. A/C maintenance 2. Generator 3. Microwave 4. Glass shower doors #1. A/C maintenance was not done well. Each employee that visited for the last 10 years did the service differently. All those connections and not cleaning all the equipment was strange. Also strange was sending a worker late into the early evening. I think this company is a scam. I have not reviewed the electronic data. I'm sure I'll find that the repair was not done. #2. Generator. A Generac that was overpriced by $3,000.00 and it did include installation. The distance was substantial so the price kept getting higher. Solution. Cancelled before they had a chance to start digging. Glad I called the Generac company. Paid and received great service from them Don't let Home Depot do your expensive work. It's a shot in the dark with them. #3. Microwave. Too big and to heavy for one person, but not for The Home Depot. The man who arrived wasn't the one we were expecting. Dust all over the place. Metal item ripped off by the installer. You will call me back to have it removed. Why would he remove an item placed by an engineer? Is he smarter than the person who designed it. I doubt it. I will not ever use The Home Depot for any work. #4. Glass shower doors. One leaks the other is still fine. We've used primarily two Home Depots. Both on US 19. One is in New Port Richey and the other in Pinellas County.

Home Depot doesn't care about Veterans. I presented my VA ID to the New Port Rickey store and they would not take it. They stated only on certain holidays they would take my card. I lived in Davie Florida and I never experience such disrespect to a Veteran at Home Depot.

I have always been able to find what I need. Employees are extremely helpful. They also give a 10% discount to veterans.

I ordered a gun safe from Home Depot about 2 months ago. I paid for the white glove treatment meaning they would deliver my safe and put it in my desired location.Upon delivery, the movers put the safe where i wanted it but couldn’t figure out how to removed the pallet from the bottom of the safe. They told me to call Home Depot. Well after spending hours and several phone call to Home Depot, they told me the moving company would be calling me the next day. I believe I called 4 times and received the same message. I never received a call from the moving company. This is a safety issue as the safe weighs 400 pounds and is not sturdy. I have grandkids that are over my house all the time.I would appreciate if a manager can look into this for me. I have been trying to get this resolved for over 2 months. The message when you call Home Depot is all about safety. Well, this is a major safety issue. Please have someone remove the pallet from the safe. It’s 2 bolts!I can’t do it by myself and I paid $115 for someone to take care of this.Once again, this is a safety issue.Dean Lavas

I love this Home Depot! I've been shopping here forever. The employees are so helpful! I am writing to compliment a certain employee in the door and installation department. His name is Brian Tucker, outside sales consultant. He visited our home to give us an estimate on two sliding glass door replacements and was beyond helpful and kind. We had three estimates that day and Brian was the first. I knew from the beginning that he was the guy with the very best deal!! He was honest and very personable! Thank you for the great service! Looking forward to our new doors!
