The store has a nice things, sometimes you can find amazing prices other times things are overpriced, what I can't handle its a bad response or not appreciation for a great client who is buying things all the time, the manager was rude arrogant responding if you're not going to buy it will change the price for more. I bought a couple of items for my garden in the moment to paid it one item hasn't the price, I remembered the price correctly it was around $13 dollars, she said it cost $19.99 dollars wasn't about price was about it Treat your customers with respect. (If you're not going to buy it will change the price on 29.99)

I only find myself shopping at HomeGoods when they’re having their clearance event, because I find most of their prices are pretty high on things that I can easily find for less across the street at TJ Maxx. But with that being said, I did find some treasures this year during their clearance event. I’ve enclosed some photos. Also, while shopping with my neighbor, she told me to explore their food section, and there were some really neat exotic foods. They never seem to have enough staff at checkout, so the lines are unusually long. With that being said, the staff is OK here but is definitely lacking in any assistance availability for shoppers, and I think they don’t have a real Manager currently…. I had to return something for my elderly mother without a receipt, but clearly with it not having been installed and simply wanted a store credit so I could get her a painting that would fit, and was given a heck of a hard time about it. They finally issued me a store credit, but not after getting the side eye and feeling like I was a villain of some sort. Not classy of them!

Had more than 7 people in line 3 registers open and it took 20 minutes and manager was attempting to clean a rug instead of dealing with customers on her register. Staff unpleasant and unhelpful. Piss poor run store. Needs employee overhaul including management
