Hot Topic at Countryside Mall is always such a fun and energetic place to shop. From the moment you step inside, the atmosphere grabs your attention with great music, colorful displays, and walls lined with band tees, accessories, and collectibles. The store has an incredible variety of pop culture merchandise, anime gear, alternative fashion, and unique statement pieces that make it easy to find something new and exciting every time. Whether you’re shopping for yourself, a friend, or a special occasion, there’s always something that feels perfectly matched to your personality and interests.
What really sets this location apart, though, is the staff. They’re consistently friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products they sell. They make it a point to greet everyone, offer style suggestions, and even help track down sizes or items that might be out of stock. I love how approachable they are and how genuine their enthusiasm feels. They clearly enjoy what they do, which adds to the positive vibe of the store.
The prices are fair, the deals are frequent, and the clearance section always has hidden gems. I always walk out happy with my purchases. Hot Topic at Countryside Mall is truly my favorite spot for bold fashion, fun gifts, and outstanding customer service.

It was 0 my order that I received which was a blind box of one piece, they SOLD IT TO ME OPEN AND EVEN GHE BLIND BAG WAS OPEN AS WELL, no type of consideration towards the customer what’s so ever. The audacity to sell me an open item when i bought it as new. I’m leaving the worst review on hot topic!!!

love hot topic but i just want to say i am EXTREMELY upset that a store that is supposed to be alternative fashion and have alternative bands and humor has SABRINA CARPENTER shirts sold. seriously a store for alternative people to express themselves sells SABRINA CARPENTER shirts. i am extremely disappointed. hottopic your downfall is coming if you keep up with this stupid behavior. pop artists do not belong in a store for alternative people. this store used to be a staple for emos and now its trashed by pop artists like sabrina carpenter and probably gonna be taylor swift next. this is seriously annoying and i am so upset that youre changing the brand and turning yet another alternative shop into a basic pop one. seriously what are you doing.

Went here with my family and my grandmother today, Saturday, September 14th, 2024. The store was long and narrow and disorganized and had no clearance whatsoever. It is hard spending your ( rewards in general at Hot Topic) . I luckily did find something and used my rewards ....

Lady at the counter told me they had shirts buy one get one, rang me up and it was $40. She also forced me to sign up for their stupid rewards. Jaden didn't "help me out", she lied.

I had a flare up with my heart condition yesterday and nearly passed out in the store. The staff here were so incredibly kind and patient. I was embarrassed because this usually doesn’t happen in public but they were so accommodating. Special shout out to the girl in the monster high shirt and the tall girl with pink braids. They deserve a raise!! Thank you so so much. People like you give me faith in humanity.
