“Kayla was our event coordinator for my wedding. She was absolutely amazing. My mom and I are very detail oriented people (to say the least), and Kayla was the best fit for us! She was professional, extremely timely with her responses, kind, calm and we felt like we could trust her with ANYTHING! The staff at the Wyndham were great, our guests raved about the food, everything from starting the planning to the wedding day itself went off without a hitch. We have decided this is one of the nicest places we’ve stayed. The staff is super nice and friendly. We would like to give a special thanks to Kathy for making the breakfast experience extra special. Everything was so clean and arranged well ,she is so friendly and sweet it made our day to get to talk to her each day. Gift shop personal is also very friendly. We loved the beautiful pools. The Infinity pool is awesome. Have already made plans to come back,”

Staff was very polite and helpful
When we checked in there was a Latino gentleman. I apologize I forgot his name but he was a very polite and Helpful during check in. He even gave us tips on sightseeing areas.
Next morning an African-American lady
She seemed to be the manager.
She deserves A+ on her managerial skills
We had a small complaint about noisy neighbor during sleeping hours.
She addressed the issue immediately and assured me that it will not happen again.
The remainder of our stay was very pleasant and the midnight noise was not more.
We will return #219-11/29/24?

“The location splits the beach in half, liquor store a block away, beach is 2 blocks away, Frenchy's South Beach is the place to get great food..Snow crab..bacon wrapped scallops and of course a bowl of She Crab soup..”

“We were VERY pleased with our stay at the Clearwater FL Tropical Inn & Suites. Room was clean; owner and staff made sure all was well and greeted us every day. Would definitely stay there again.”
“I had surgery booked, so took an accessible room. It was beautiful, clean, all in good order...we left it the same. It was quiet, except for barking dogs down the hall. We cooked dinner and left the kitchen sparkling. I knew about the large damage deposit, so when checking in, asked if they could send someone to look over the room and declare it in good order before we left and turned in the key. They said they could and they did. And I got my deposit refunded. Thank you Sonesta. I'd stay there again, but off season, as tourist season rates are double off season.”

“Stayed on Spring Break first week in April. Rooms were clean! The beds were more comfortable than most hotels even! Services from the staff were stellar! The location was perfect for beach access and walking to food and entertainment. We'll be back!Walkability: We were a 8 min walk to Pier 60 and Entertainment. Its a block away from the Beach ( maybe a 2 min walk)”

“Hotel and rooms were clean, the location is beautiful. Check in was smooth, done from the app in my phone. The city view from the balcony was wonderful. Did want to note that the rooms are a little smaller than they appear in pics. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and parks around, so there is so much walking to do or you can just enjoy the wonderful beach. This is a great hotel, will definitely be back. We loved this Hilton experience.”

“We were visiting family for Thanksgiving and decided to take advantage of the fantastic hospitality and beautiful ambiance at the Opal Sol for their delicious brunch. This was a wonderful option for our family of 8 as while my sister is an amazing cook, this year she is in recovery mode after a long year of her battle against breast cancer.
Everything from beginning to end was great. Warm, friendly service. A wide variety of delicious & allergy friendly options.
Highly recommend the new Opal Sol. The staff at the front, poolside & the Drift restaurant are what you would come to expect from this brand.”
