“Celebrating our 35 anniversary. Wanted something special, this resort was very nice. Includes free trolley rides was nice. I like the key for the rooms are a bracelet you don’t lose your key. Mix up on using the complimentary bikes. Front desk told us “anytine” just go over to front desk of sister hotel next door. Walked over at 7:30 pm and front desk to get a bike said it was downstairs by valet parking, escalator out of order. Recovering from ankle injury (petal bike ok, but going downstairs difficult) slowly walked down to valet and head no, free bikes was only until 7 pm. Why couldn’t with front desks tell me that. Rooms very spacious, beds comfortable, great views from balcony. Nice the market and on site restaurants can charge to your room. The market did have r poured yogurt. The pool was nice.”

“LOVE this place! Super cute dock area in the back where you can relax in the chairs they have there, well-maintained pool outside, and it's nice and quiet. It's close enough that you can walk to the shopping area nearby, but far enough away that it is peaceful. I stayed here with my family (husband and adult children) and would definitely stay here again. Frienly hosts and clean rooms!”

“The best treatment they always made sure to keep your rooms clean priced reasonably. The pool was amazing. They have a hot tub. Also, they're building a tiki bar out front. Everything is in walking distance. All the staff was wonderful.. experience was amazing!!!”

“I chose this hotel because it was close to my work location, from the minute I was greeted by Holly. I knew that I had chosen the right hotel. I had a question about my room, wanting to know if there was a tub involved or a shower as I needed a shower and Dustin helped me out very well. You have a great staff here with Cortney at the helm later on in the night, when I got back from my work, I wanted a lean cuisine meal and Callie went in the back and got me one because the flavor that I want was not there five stars all the way I would recommend this hotel in the shower is very hot. I stay here now often sometimes twice a month. !”

“We stayed here after a cruise, and the spacious room, bathroom and shower felt luxurious after cramped cruise accommodations! A minor issue with the clothes iron was remedied with a brand new, out of the box unit that worked perfectly. I liked that guest floors were only accessible from the elevator by key card. You are within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, etc., and there is an attendant at the parking garage entrance, adding to a sense of security. Clean room at a decent price - will definitely be staying here again!”

“Great little mom&pop, psta bus stop right outside the office. Within 5 minutes walking to downtown. 5 minute trolley ride to the beach. Showers are phenomenal. Pool is nice. And they allow early (12:30) check in for $25, & late checkout for the same. Will definitely stay here again”

“This is a great hotel The woman at the front desk was very nice when we checked in and the room was big with a big bathroom, a kitchen and a super comfortable bed. If we visit the area again, we will definitely be staying here. Rooms were clean, place was quiet and there are some pretty nice food options in the area.”

“If you are a peaky person or family, this is not the place for you. Old fashioned, old rooms, not the greatest shape, but super clean, no odors, attentive personal. Very curious that the hotels starts at floor 6th, cool. The pools (2) are super clean and nice. The roof top bar is a plus. The beach is 300ft far from the hotel. The boulevard and all shoppings and restaurantes are super close. And if you want you can cross the bridge and go to Fiesta Key. I would recommend this place for sure! We loved our stay!”

“I’ve been to events here, family activities like Easter egg hunts, and have stayed here and had meals here. It’s largely private for parishioners of Scientology but they do have public events (like Tuesday nights) and galas where they open to the public, nearly weekly. So it’s easy to visit if you’re into supporting veterans or other nonprofits.”

“I had surgery booked, so took an accessible room. It was beautiful, clean, all in good order...we left it the same. It was quiet, except for barking dogs down the hall. We cooked dinner and left the kitchen sparkling. I knew about the large damage deposit, so when checking in, asked if they could send someone to look over the room and declare it in good order before we left and turned in the key. They said they could and they did. And I got my deposit refunded. Thank you Sonesta. I'd stay there again, but off season, as tourist season rates are double off season.”

“What a wonderful surprise! When you first pull up, it doesn't appear impressive, but once we opened the door to our room we were pleasantly surprised! The room smelled good, it was very clean, beds and pillows were very comfortable, the AC was nice and cold. The free breakfast the next morning was very good. Mostly prepackaged items, yogurts, fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs, even Lunchables PB&J for the kiddos! Great value for the money and we would definitely recommend and come back to stay when we come to this area again.”

“This is a review for handicapped travelers. In short, the hotel itself is fine, the rooms have nice roll-in showers but if you are traveling solo and are in a wheelchair, you will probably have trouble getting into the ocean. I was traveling with a family member and we rented a beach wheelchair (from Cloud Goods; it gets delivered to the hotel). There is a fairly large stretch of fluffy sand that someone has to push you through before you get to the packed sand. Then it can be a bit tough to get in and out of the bulky beach wheelchair into the water. We visited in early October 2026, so there were waves which you have to fight a bit before you can start swimming. TL; DR - this is a good resort but it’s challenging to get into the ocean independently for handicapped travelers. There is a public beach within 1 mile and I think they have beach mats in the summer but I didn’t see them during my visit.”

“I almost don’t want to leave a review because I don’t want some of yall coming here ruining this place.. BUT for the ownership and great staff I feel I have to. When I booked I had been driving all day for work and needed a place to sleep booked on my Priceline app for 55$ expecting a not so great place for 55$ .. Let me tell you all this .. Front Desk staff GREAT, Rooms CLEAN, Pillows soft, Sheets Clean This place is FANTASTIC PERIOD!! Don’t come here messing things up !!”
