They made me come back 7 times. Most of those are to just reset the schedule because the tax preparer is either busy or attending to other clients, which reflects inefficient scheduling. The tax preparation process, which was very inefficient, was a total nightmare to me.

Bonnie Bailey helped me file my business and personal tax returns. And I am so grateful for the experience. In the past I had worked with many different CPAs privately + they had always charged so much money for a subpar service, and always needed to file for extension, and it was challenging to help them stay organized.
With my very first time at H&R Block with Bonnie, she helped me do both returns and all of the intro set up in under 3 hours, and she said it would be even shorter next year now that I'm in their system.
I am so grateful for her because she was methodical, patient, detail-oriented, very pleasant, and she really went above and beyond to help me.
I will definitely be using H&R Block again and hopefully I'll have Bonnie Bailey who was excellent!

Terrible service and they don’t know what they’re talking about. I made too much money to contribute to an IRA last year and the tax genius said that it wasn’t their problem because it was a Roth. Guess what? My over contribution had generated interest which is considered taxable income once I submitted the Excess Contribution Form to Fidelity. So they didn’t do my taxes correctly and the interest earned on my excess contribution is taxable. But according to them, there’s no update needed to my tax filing despite there being unreported taxable income… so I paid these people to do my taxes and they didn’t complete the job. What a nightmare.

Nothing but a waste of our time!!!!DO NOT GO HERE..................Dropped off our taxes at the beginning of Feb and they still are not done. Gone in there many times and made many phone calls and keep getting the excuse that they want more time to review. I have called talked to them and set up appointments and they still will not finish them. they messed up last years which thank God i have the piece of mind but I believe that is why they do not want to complete our taxes. They kept saying they would start working on them but when someone else came they drop our paperwork.the associate or the Manager just gave excuses on why, actually all they said was that they needed more time to go over everything the Manager said that she runs 3 stores and he only works 2 days a week. They messed up last year and now they do not want to fix it.ITS BEEN THREE MONTHS................. Taxes are due in 4 days
