The set up an appointment & got a confirmation. Then I go to the office. And there’s a sign on the door. Saying they are closed and go to a different location. I walk everywhere. I can’t walk that far due to health issues. H&R Block is a scam

And another great year with H&R BLOCK!!! Relocating from Indiana to Florida this staff was very gracious from reception to Suzanne who did a fantastic job taking care of my taxes. I would highly recommend 5 STARS

This was my first time calling an H&R Block location. The lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and dismissive. Don’t offer any help and wound up hanging up on me after I told her that I needed help fixing something with my taxes that had been filed and if they could assist me. And this after I was polite with her.I do NOT recommend this location.

Tax preparer did not seem very knowledgeable and got upset when we questioned her about the numbers that she had entered. She had to go get someone else who thankfully was able to explain things to us.
