Had an appointment Friday - was told I needed to come back with further paperwork with proof of retirement funds. Made a new appointment for me that following Monday. Called off work early to make this appointment and showed up to be told by front desk my tax rep had an emergency and cancelled.
I understood to a degree, but I had no phone call or text notifying me at all. Only a message I found a week later on the HR block APP 18 minutes before my appointment with no offer to fix this and help me reschedule.
I submitted my requested papers when si came into the office that Monday with a note and message that was not relayed to my tax rep as I intended. I then got a call at 9:30pm that Tuesday with a voicemail my tax rep still didn’t have the dates she needed, which my note and papers did, and that she won’t be back for the rest of the year and good luck. I called back within 30 seconds and had absolutely no luck getting back to her. Being sent to person to person to person.
I then called HR Block for further information WHAT to do at this point the following morning, and they told me they are fully booked and to make an appointment elsewhere. This now requires me to restart the entire process and come into office for a THIRD time unsure if I will be helped again. To say I’m furious is an understatement.

I will not be doing my taxes here again the entire time I was filing my taxes I was being Told that if I refer somebody I get a $300 Referral bonus upon completing my taxes and then recommending my mother to go there. I’m being told I’m being given $25 referral bonus not 300. Very misleading information will not return.

Giving this place even 1 star is being generous. Jerry kurmas did my taxes, IT TOOK HIM 4 HOURS! And the only reason he got it done was because others had to help him. He had to have someone come help him 3 separate times. Then had to call support since he couldn’t figure out his own mistakes. He re did my taxes 3 separate times, due to how many mistakes he made or the lack of information he put in. He went back and forth from pages in the taxes on the computer probably more than a 100 times. I needed my taxes done ASAP which is the ONLY reason I stayed. It was probably the worst experience I have ever had with anyone handling taxes. He is not a professional by any means and he absolutely should not be handling anyone’s taxes. I can’t stress enough, how awful this experience was.

Every single time you make an appointment they will call you the next day and say the appointment is no longer available. Happened to me 3 times. Go somewhere else.

DO NOT GO HERE! These people put 2 different peoples W2"s and Tax info in with my TAXES!!!!! I got there social #'s i got everything. They also, got the numbers way wrong on my taxes.
