This was the worst experience I have ever had ever had in an accounting firm. I had a couple years to do since a medical condition kept me from the previous yrs getting done.
Plus the front desk clerk was young and belonged in school. The clerk laughed as well as the lady (Nadia) who is clueless when I explained my business.
The two women were very rude and barely can understand them. Then both laughed at me when I said goodbye. H&R Block is pathetic. You’re better off with a Private Firm. I wouldn’t trust this company if you paid me to go there.

I had an excellent experience with Nadia and Evgenia at this office and Highly Recommend them! If you have prior years taxes and need help with filing, go see Nadia. We needed help with ours and she was our Hero! It did take some time due to some issues, so please be patient and do not rush the process. It will be worth the wait. This is a great office to work with. They are professional and the filing fees are minimal for the work that they do for their clients! Definitely made our lives easier! Thank you again, Nadia and H&R Block! You all are awesome!
