“I have been with Key Palm Insurance since I purchased my home in 2014. Since the beginning, Joe has provided nothing short of amazing customer service. I am very particular about customer service and am quick to quit working with someone if there is a lack of. I can say that I will stay with Joe at Key Palm for as long as he continues doing this for a living. I was one of many Florida insurance customers who received a letter from my insurance company letting me know that I would be dropped if I didn't not replace my roof. Despite the orders put forth by the Governor and State of Florida, I still fell into the criteria for roof replacement. The process of replacing my roof from start to finish took months, and came dangerously close to the insurance expiration date. To make matters more difficult, Hurricane Ian came through which caused a delay on the insurance company's side. Not only was Joe responsive and very helpful, he would e-mail me regularly to check up on the process and kindly remind me of the upcoming expiration. I cannot say enough about Joe and Key Palm Insurance. I believe that good customer service deserves to always be recognized, but even more so in a world where it is not as existent as it used to be. Never mind the fact that the Florida insurance market is going through a lot right now. When someone needs insurance, Joe is the first person that I recommend. Thank you Joe for everything.”
