We have used Jackson Hewitt to prepare our taxes for over 10 years. Normally we drop off all our paperwork at the office inside Walmart. Donna has always been friendly, professional and thorough when preparing our taxes. Often finding things we may have missed and making suggestions for next year. Her knowledge of tax laws has saved us quite a bit over the last 10 years.I highly recommend her services for accurate and fairly priced tax returns.

Cheryl Hewett who did my taxes was very informative and very nice. She assisted me on how much federal taxes I should take out monthly. She answered all my questions and she as very patient.I will return to Cheryl next tax year.

I was on my lunch at work at Walmart. They worked me in, did a great job, the man and lady helped each other with me and another client and it was great easy. I was assigned an American Express card told what to do and it all worked out great.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, very fast. Yes only thing I didn't care for much was the fee for 401k funds, way too high.
