Got my first pair of knee-high Converse shoes at this store and the staff were in incredibly helpful in helping me finding my size! So glad I stopped by while I was at the mall.

Terrible Customer Service at Journeys!
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I went to make a simple return at Journeys with my receipt, expecting to get my money back, as their policy clearly states 100% money-back guarantee with a receipt. But NO, that’s not what happened. Instead, I was met with some of the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced.
The so-called "manager" Henry was incredibly rude from the start. He made me wait for ages, only to tell me he would only give me store credit! When I pointed out their return policy, he had the audacity to argue with me! Not only was he unprofessional, but his attitude made an already frustrating situation even worse.
Avoid this store at all costs if you value your time and sanity. I’ll never shop here again!

To begin with, if I could rate no stars, I would. the Customer Support of this store is a joke. The employees doesn’t even know the policies. I called the store as soon as I saw that the rubber was peeling off the sneakers. I did what the girl told me over the phone to just come over to the store and that they could take care of it which they didn’t. I bought a pair of vans for my son for school and in a week the rubber started peeling off. Brand new sneakers. I called and I told him what happened with the sneakers and I showed them pictures and I even showed them physically the sneakers are brand new, but just started peeling off. They did nothing about it. They told me to call the Customer Support of journeys and that they will help me and they will give me a brand new pair. Just have to send the receipt and pictures. So I did what they said, and they told me the same thing they told me at the store that they couldn’t do nothing about it. I advise everybody to avoid purchasing anything from journeys. The quality is bad. I’ve never purchased anything in journeys before and this being my first time I don’t recommend journeys to anybody. How is it possible that you purchase brand new sneakers and then a week they break? And they didn’t take care of it. Journeys is the worst place where you can go and buy shoes. In my life, This has ever happened to me o my kids. People! Go to Champs, Footlocker or finishLine or any other place but don’t come to journeys. The footwear in this place is cheap and will break and awake and they will do nothing about it.

Nic was super helpful when I needed to find some shoes! They were incredibly kind and polite, which made my shopping experience much more comfortable! I will definitely be coming back!

Natasha super young lady!! Went above and beyond to help granddaughter find the correct shoes. Ordered on line to ship to her house and also provided list of similar stores in mall to located another pair which we found. Can’t thank her enough for providing outstanding service.

Just wanted to give a shout out to the hot white boy working there! I think his name was Colin or Colins but either way wonderful smile! Wonderful service and cute face! Fyi its me the boy who bought the Birkenstocks and had trouble with his card today! Yea ill leave my snap and instagram down here just because it was awesome service! Tried to exchange a pair of timberland boots for a half size smaller.Wife bought them for Christmas so they were a surprise and I didn’t get to try them on in the store.So of course I tried them on at home and walked around in them around our house. I decided to exchange them for a half size and was told they were too dirty to be exchanged and they couldn’t do it.Keep in mind I only wore them around my house and the only dirt was dust on the bottoms of the boots.I was able to exchange them at another journeys with no problem. Whoever the manager is here needs to hire some better kids to run their store because they’re awful.

Honestly I wish I could rate it 0 stars. From the second that me and my little sisters walked into the store I automatically knew it wasn’t going to be a great experience. There were three young girls just standing around. All of them looked like they were wearing their pajamas (which I get maybe they don’t have a dress code there) but none of them had any sort of name tag or lanyard or anything to identify that they worked there. We came in the store about 10 minutes before closing time and my little sister knew exactly the shoe she wanted and just needed to try on two different sizes. Very quick and easy. The one girl was behind the counter talking on the phone with somebody completely ignoring me when I was standing right in front of her to ask a question. The other girl was standing in the middle of the store to which my little sister had to ask if she worked there and asked her for a size. The other girl was standing behind the counter giving us nasty looks. The whole entire time we were there (maybe 5 minutes) they were rude, ignored us, gave us nasty looks, gave us attitude, and whispered about us like we couldn’t hear. Very unprofessional. I saw one girl hold something up to her mouth but didn’t think anything of it until I walked up to check out and saw a vape right in the open on the counter in front of my little sister. They also started closing up the store 5 minutes before they closed while we were still in the store. Like I said we were there maybe 5 minutes, my sister just needed a pair of sneakers to match her homecoming dress and knew exactly what she wanted. The whole experience was honestly very sad. I’ve never walked into a store and felt like that. I work retail and the first thing I was taught was that we make the customer happy no matter what. These girls did not care one bit about our purchase. And instead made us feel very uncomfortable. Will never be coming back here again. If the girls were wearing name tags I would’ve gladly let the manager know.

I tried purchasing a pair of Ugg’s, however; ended up not buying them because the “manager” had zero customer service. Price tag staple on the bottom of the shoe read $99 and she tried charging $130!! she refused to honor the price tag on the shoe! I walked over to island comfort and got treated with respect and purchase the same shoe for $50!! Will never shop at this store or recommend to anyone, money hungry.
