I feel as if I was approached rudely even though I patiently waited inside for 5 minutes until the man came to me and asked what I needed and then assumed that I knew the size of my tire. First off, the look and tone I was given when I was first approached was not customer service-like and second, I just got this car a month ago so until now I have not needed to know the size of the tire. And not I’m somewhere else getting a tire that has the size I need and all they did to get the size was immediately look at the tire being replaced. I’m a African American woman so I wonder if that is why I did not get good customer service or maybe they’re having a bad or stressful day but hopefully this is taken as a eye opener for this company.

Had a screw in my tire. They figured it wasn't leaking air . No charge. Small business, nice guys. I will go back when I need tire service.

Drove right in, no appointment necessary. Found the offending nail in my tire, removed it and plugged hole, all in 5 minutes. Can't beat that service.

Bad service and the plug that was supposedly applied to my tire didn't last longer than one day. Avoid.

Just Tires is the only tire shop for me. They are affordable and honest. The owner is a straight forward dude with tons of experience in the tire business.

The Attitude on the guy answering the phone is terrible. Just asked a simple question and he became very angry. Don’t appreciate that.

Love Just Tires. They fill a leak for cheap. they have inexpensive tires to get you by. We have purchased many tires from this shop. Its fast and great service. Anytime I have a leak, this is where I go. Thank you guys so much for your awesome and economical service. And they do have great tires if you need longer lasting ones.

Oh man!!! SUPER FAST and AtoB with no chitchat and no messin around!! Great service at a really great price. The girl before me was just as happy with her service as I was with mine. My new favorite place!!

This is the best place if you need help with a flat tire. I mean these guys are terrific, especially Russell! He has saved the day for me a couple of times when I have a flat tire. Super fast and prices are good.
