Shawna and Dawn treated us like VIPs today when we had a difficult question about a purchase and wanted to double check our warranty was intact. Shawna the manager answered our questions and offered a solution that made complete sense. She really knew her stuff!!??we needed an expert and Shawna is definitely an expert!???⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Dawn cleaned our 3 rings and made us feel special!??It was Dawn’s first day, but she was exceptional!!⭐️⭐️????Thank you both for taking care of my wife and me!?

Went in first thing this morning to get a wedding band for my engagement ring. I believe her name was Shawna . She demonstrated some ring bands , but I had my heart set on specific one. Once I showed her the band I was looking for to let her know that i have a ring designer in a different state that would be designing my band. She said to go to my jeweler and they can make one for me prior to show me how it would look like. I came in person to see what it would look like and she shoved me away. Went on to the next. Not the best customer service, will go on to Jared who values their customers without criticizing what they are looking for . Never had an inconvenience with them at all.

I recently visited Kay Jewelers with my two adult children so my daughter could buy her fiancé a watch. My son had warned me that they were always rude to him, but I figured they might treat us better having an older adult present. When we were finally greeted, the lady was so rude. I asked about a specific sized watch and she said "honey, what you see is what I got! If you don't see it, I don't got it". I went on to explain why I had asked, in hopes she could recommend one in the size we needed. I hope that helps her understand how to better help her customers in the future.

I went into Kay jewelers to purchase 2 Christmas presents which I had seen on their website. I was next to get assistance but was overlooked and ignored for an older couple. The female employee told me I'd be next after she dealt with the white elderly couple who just entered the store. I was undeniably pushed to the side. Whether it was my age or race, one of those truths played a part in that employees deciding factor. To make matters worse, only Kay has the gifts I need to purchase. I refuse to make any purchases at that location moving forward. I will instead buy my wife's gifts online. I truly am angry, disappointed and disgusted by my visit today 12/03/2023.
