Customer Service is a very difficult and stressful job, but the Kohls associates especially Pushpa is one of the kindest and knowledgeable individuals I’ve experienced. Everything was great except the item I was after was out of stock..Kohl's has great prices, clean store (could use some help as there's usually no one availble to help find something)..Usually a check out girl will assist me in finding an item.

This Kohl's store is the best Kohl's I have been to. The staff bring everything together. They are kind, courteous, efficient, and always willing to help. The store is otherwise clean and well-organized with items relevant to me.
