Tammy has been my manicurist for 3 years. I have recieved 100% wonderful service and never had any problems with the BioGel product.
However, when I scheduled to have my BioGel filled, I was met by Vivian, apparently the new owner.
Vivian filled my BioGel but 3 days later one snapped off exposing my nail bed resulting in damaging my natural nail. This was a first for me. After 3 years of no problems with the product
I returned to explore the reason why and any solution to encourage regrowth, what I received was the "wrath of Vivian ".
When she was unsuccessful at identifying the problem she proceeded to blame everything and everyone, including Tammy who wasn't even present during or after the refill.
Customer be aware ..... this is not the same people who have occupied this business.
I found Vivian to be self appointed, rude, and when confronted unable to listen.
I truly believe Vivian is falsely telling everyone that Tammy intends to return only to capture Tammy's clients for her own benefit.
I suggest that Vivian return to the mall where she clearly came from, until she learns running a business is more than providing bare minimum hygiene, product knowledge, and most of all respect for another human.

First time at Lavish Nails as I'm new in the neighborhood. I absolutely, 100%, loved my experience today. The salon is esthetically beautiful, the products are high end and the prices are very reasonable. Vivianne did my nails, Thi did my pedicure, and they both did a superb job. They were beautiful and super friendly to talk with! I will definitely be back. Thank you!!

Specialties: First time in there. They were so nice. I got a wonderful pedicure and got a powder manicure. It’s held up very well. It’s been 4 weeks and still looks great. I’m going back this week

First time at Lavish Nails. Absolutely amazing job on my nails!!!! Tammy does outstanding work!! And Nina even taught me some Vietnamese!! Tried Bio Sculpture Gel for the first time and will never go back to dip again! I don't remember the last time my nails looked this fabulous. Tammy was so fastidious and took the time to make my nails perfect!! And the salon is the cleanest I've ever seen!! Can't say enough good things about Lavish Nails!! So happy I've found my new nail salon. Will definitely be back!!

Tammy did an exceptional job on my nails. The salon has a WIDE variety of colors, was extremely clean, and a great spot to get a manicure/ pedicure. I tried the bio-gel for the first time and I love it. Will be going back!

Tammy is by far the best nail tech I have had in a long long time! Not only is she knowledgeable and attentive but also a hardworking and welcoming woman. I would 100% recommend Tammy and this salon for all services but most of all, bio gel! I’ll be raving about Tammy and Lavish Nails and Spa to all my friends!

I’ve been coming here for 5 years, and I won’t change for any other nail salon plus…. ( they also have other services) Tammy does an excellent job on my gel nails, and knows exactly what I need every time and Holly does a very relaxing massage pedicure?, and the prices are compatible with all the other nail salons…. I’ve had to go to other places when I’m out of town and honestlyI can’t wait to get home and change them

I have went to many places in the area to get my nails done. Hands down HOLLY gives the best pedicures! She is very sweet and attentive. She takes her time and the work is always top notch. This is a no frills salon, but I love coming here and the parking is plentiful .
