waiting for a call back from this dealership is a nightmare. The automated answering system kept going around and around until I chose the Service Dept. Only then did I get to speak with someone.

I bought a Certified Pre-owned 2022 RX350 from this Lexus of Clearwater via the internet. I had the vehicle shipped to me and when it arrived the roof was badly scratched like it had been drug under a low hanging tree limb. It was also missing the owner's manual, car jack and several other items the were suppose to come with the vehicle. The salesmen that sold me the car never answered his phone or return his messages after they received payment. I did speak with a Sales manager and he assured me that he would take care of the problem and call me back. A week went by, no call back, so I called again and got same story . Several more weeks and several more calls, same story no results. Be warned! This dealership does not take care of the customer after they get their money. I have bought several other cars via the internet from other dealership around the country and generally had good experiences. I absolutely would not recommend buying a vehicle through internet sales from this dealership. JDN

Ive always used this dealer. I normally work with Seth ONLY who's excellent . however, he wasn't available and I needed My car serviced. I. I had Michelle who I had previously had bad experiences with because she lacks customer service skills. Very rude and nonchalant. I decided to look past this as I needed my car serviced. However, I experienced in a medical emergency with my child, and I asked her to check on my car and let them know that whatever is being done need it to be stopped immediately, so that I can get to the hospital. And Michelle never left her seat.!!! I asked her twice for the status of my car and her response was " they're working on it" I explained to her both times that I needed them to stop. I then received the final report from the service department. Even after that, she never left I seat to check on my car. I even explain to her if the car wash is the only thing that's left please do not wash my car.!! it wasn't until another member of service went and checked on my car that I received the keys. The full inspection and service of my car was complete. However, none of my concerns were addressed. !! I now need to set up another appointment with the advisor that I normally use and have him take a look at my car!!

Had a factory trailer hitch installed. It's awesome tucked up tight. You almost can't see it. Adviser Paul was great keeping me in the loop.

Terrible customer service no one ever answers the phone in service department I've been trying to bring my Lexus in for a week with no response! I drive four hours to Lexus of fort Myers because of how terrible the service is at this location

The worst service department I have ever been too. They are not willing to help the only thing they do tell you how much is going to cost you on less than 30,000 mile . I will never recommend to anybody.

We bought a used Lexus and our experience with the salesman and the sales manager we're excellent. We have had it serviced twice since then and that went smoothly and have had no complaints.

Had to make 2 trips because I was told they didn't take my "Lexus service contract" and I would have to pay for the service. I have Paint and scratch protection, glass protection, tire and wheel protection key protection and fabric protection. (But I wouldn't have maintenance?) Even after he saw "all" of the paperwork I was told by "Seth" they don't accept my agreements from Lexus and I would pay or not be serviced. I left and Called my dealership where I purchased who called and set them straight "supposedly". Received a call from Clearwater service director who said everything was taken care of, come on in for service and "Nick the service manager" called me and said he would help me personally and make sure it doesn't happen again. I had many appointments after that so it took over a month to have time to get back in. I called Nick directly as I was told to do and left a voicemail, 3 days in a row, no call back so I called and made the appointment with the scheduler for Nick. I arrive and am greeted by the valet or whatever and they went to get Nick. 15 minutes pass, everyone else was already helped so I just went in and sat in the waiting area. About 15 minutes later, so I've been waiting for 30 minutes, Nick calls me on my cellphone and asks what I needed? I told him full service, everything included with my agreement, and he said everything?"YES"!! After a couple hours Nick calls me back on my cellphone and says everything is done. So I go looking for Nick who I've only talked to on the phone and when I walked back to the service department Nick finally greeted me. {However, I recognize him as being one of the several service employees hanging around talking and telling jokes}. More important than me obviously. I go to Nicks desk and he asks me how I want to pay???!!! Again here's my Lexus Service Contract, again [we don't take that. So I PAID, with full intentions on calling Lexus Directly as this is the worst dealership and service I've ever had. Obviously he could tell I was pissed a said "I'll call about your agreements but you'll be lucky if they even cover the oil change". I received a call from Nick the next day that Surprise, I have full maintenance and refunded me my $351. Training is definitely needed from management down. Unbelievably bad service. FYI: Very aware of your "Reputation Defender" as after reviewing Clearwater Lexus, all of my reviews disappeared so when you search their site, scroll to the last pages to find bad reviews. So, I put it directly on Google and Yelp and several others so they can't remove it.I will drive 500 miles for service before I ever use them again.I don't recommend them for anything.

Stopped by with my teen daughter in May 2016 to try to test drive a Lexus RX 350. The man asked what I did for a living and I was unemployed at the time but told him my husband got a job in Colorado and we wanted to get an SUV. Told him my friend had this SUV and I liked it when I rode in it with her. He told me it would be at least an hour before he could get the Lexus RX 350 off the showroom floor. I didn't understand why he was trying to make me test drive one literally off the showroom floor except to maybe deter me from being able to test drive a vehicle there. There were other vehicles on the lot I could have driven. He wasn't with other customers at the time.Was it because I am a woman?? Maybe I didn't look rich enough?? I had told him my husband would be there once I picked out the vehicle to sign the papers. His plan worked- we waited around at least 30 minutes and then ended up buying an Audi Q5 in Colorado.

Walked in to Service dept. Met Paul H had a few questions about transmission fluid issue & service. Paul looked into situation and got a second opinion from lead mechanic and put my worries to bed. We didnt have to wait long for an honest answer/opinion. Paul was very personable and did not try to "sell" me anything that wasnt needed and gave us piece of mind. We will be back when we need service. Thank you again Paul.
