I encountered a higher money charge, I called and spoke with Jake explained I was not aware of the introductory internet rate would change. I asked If he would please reach out to management and see if the rate could be adjusted. Jake went above and beyond and my rate was adjusted. Jake epitomizes what customer service is all about. Extra Space Storage should recognize his efforts.

Showed up at 930 to rent a 10x10. Sign in door said we are on property text or call. I texted. Waited 5mins. Then called. Went to vm. Went next store and got a better deal and didn't have to wait.

Loved working with Extra Space, the team at this location makes everything simple and easy. We got the special rate and then it went up 50% just by asking for them to work with us before it went into effect, they lowered it.
This is one of the best locations we’ve used.
Definitely worth joining.
