Lauren has been a life saver. I made the mistake of trusting a smaller mom and pops storage place in the Clearwater area and was severely misled. In a panic to find a storage unit last minute, I can to Life Storage and they were very helpful. Got me into a storage unit that day! They swept my unit while I was securing the unit and moved it boxes that day. Their monthly insurance and storage cost is more affordable than most storage units around the area. Super thankful for Lauren’s help.

I am very pleased with the customer service that I received. I reserved the unit on line and went in to complete it. Lauren was very nice and very helpful. I couldn't do much unloading at that time due to the downpour. But the next day I had questions and Lauren went above and beyond to help me be able to load my unit. Very helpful.
