I asked for the impossible car and they delivered. I refused to take anything less than the perfect vehicle and other dealerships actually said they couldn’t but not Lokey. James found THE car for me and delivered it in 48 hours. Highly recommend.

All around HORRIBLE experience with Lokey Nissan. I absolutely would stay away from these guys1) bought my car from them- only to discover they reported the wrong milage on the paper work. I had to go back the next day and redo all paperwork.2) was told via sales the free oil changes includes synthetic oil. That was a lie- it's only basic oil3) their shuttle service is beyond a joke! After waiting for an hour- I called for an Uber.4) experienced an issue where check engine came on and dropped off car. They determined the issue and told me this is covered the warranty but the part would not be in until the next day. Totally understandable.Next day I received a call asking how my service was and if everything was to my satisfaction. Confused - I stated you still have my car and asked if it is completed. They put me on pause came back and confirmed that my car was not completed. And I'd receive a call later.Well later came and at 530 pm I never heard anything so I called into service only to be told my car is still not completed. I asked if I can get a rental or a loaner for work as they will have my car now for 4 days and was told that they would call me at 730 the next morning.I received a message from Dave - owner of their loyalty program after I bought my car and he stated I can reach out to him if there are ever any issues. So I did! His direct response:"I'm sorry to hear you're having issues but I've left for the day and will not be back until Friday afternoon"Talk about lack of customer service!! Basic communication is a skill this location doesn't have and could have prevented all of this.

I've been a Lokey customer of other brands for years. So, I was expecting a professional and spirited negotiated purchase.No disappointments.James Webb, his management and finance team were a pleasure to deal with.

Went in to have my wheels repaired through a third party warranty. As soon as I stepped to the counter I encountered Chuck(with the white hat) who obviously wasn't in a good mood already. He then proceeded to berate and belittle me on the type of wheels I had on the vehicle. 20 min of him yelling at me why this will void my warranty, instead of trying to help me fix the problem, I ended up just leaving, not wanting to deal with the headache any longer. Don't see myself going back to Lokey for ANY of my service in the future . Thanks for nothing!-James Ellis

You are so blessed to have Tate H as an employee. He is so wonderful, patient and knowledgeable. Truly I bought a car from there because of him. Just met him that day and that’s all it took. You have gold. Everyone there is amazing. Great group!! The vibe in there is like nothing I’ve ever felt. Awesome positive energy. I can’t say enough. It was great! Lee Aaron was very personable and informative with the 90,000-mile service I came in for - he explained the process of inspecting everything first and then he would call me to let me know what was needed. I was able to pick up my car much sooner than I anticipated and it was a very quick and smooth process. My car is running great!

It was a wonderful experience! Carlos was my advisor and he was very thorough, informative, patient and kind. He did not pressure me which I appreciated. He even went above and beyond to search for the lowest price possible. You have a rare gem there that we do not see anymore these days. Thank you Carlos for everything.

One of the worst car experiences I have ever had. I should have realized from the beginning that I was being taken advantage of. I am coming in as a mother to buy my 16 year old son a safe car and I think they smelled blood in the water and were ready to pounce. I negotiated a used car "out the door" price over the phone with Caryn Gomez( who indicated she would be there to meet me, but was gone when I arrived) to save time when I got there. I took the Subaru Crosstrek for a ride with Dan Muller, my sales person, who, when the car was loud, told me the only reason the tires were running "loud" was because US 19 was repaved so that was a normal sound. I was then introduced to a group of 3 men, one of which told me that since I was buying "as is" he wanted me to know the tires were bad. I agreed that we would buy our own tires after that. Being a trusting customer, if they knew the tires were bad, I assumed that meant the rest of the car was fine or they would have told me so. On their website they indicate "All incoming used cars undergo a rigorous inspection process that ensures our vehicles meet — and exceed — your expectations. Holding our inventory to the highest standards possible guarantees that you enjoy peace of mind and comfortable travel." So I finish the deal and drive home, with the tires still running loud. (And by the way, the supposed detailing they did to the car resulted with trash bags in the back compartment and a filthy dirty center console and side door pockets.) I then took it to a local technician to have the tires replaced when I was informed that the loud sound was not from the tires but the control arms and bad wheel bearings which would be $2,000 to repair. I called back Lokey and talked to both Dan Muller and Christian West who made me feel awful and was so rude about my concerns that I was in tears when I hung up. The Lokey group prides themselves on being a family run business that stands behind their cars, but I am here to tell you that the staff at this Nissan dealer are only out for the bottom line and don't care who they hurt in the process.

We have bought three automobiles from this dealership. Their team is always professional, courteous and helpful. From the sales and finance team to the entire service team, the dealership is top notch. Their signature lifetime oil change service has saved thousands of $$$$. The service lobby is comfortable and stocked with snacks, sodas, water, and coffee for customers enjoyment. The restrooms are always clean and comfortable. Give them a try

Could not have had a better experience or been more satisfied with the end result. I arrived at Lokey with only the intent of starting my new truck search there, then I was pleasantly greeted by Victoria, a member of their sales team. She was fantastic, from hello to final handshake and new keys in hand. Victoria asked all the right questions, pointing out and showing me options that I had not previously considered. She listened to my needs and worked fiercely with management to get me into a truck I would have never thought possible. If Victoria is busy when you go to look for or buy your new vehicle, wait or come back..

Im really torn on this review. Walking in a car dealership as a single woman is always a bit challenging, and I'm not sure I got the best deal. They did seem to try to be accomadating. The sales manager, Christian West, is a true gentleman, I can't say enough good things. The finance manager, Kurt, went the extra mile for me. But a BIG warning to stay away from the salesman James Webb, I had a very difficult time dealing with him - he was rude and belligerent! To the point of getting disciplined by the manager. STAY AWAY! You will have a much better experience if you do!I also had a similar experience as Neena in her review above. Deceitful advertising. The online ad read $24,999. But what they don't tell you is that price is for military, first responders, fire fighter etc. So, in reality it's $28- false and deceitful - never once mentioned that. They also tried to tack on a maintenance pkg, without mentioning that was optional. They have a decent history and reputation in this area. Just be careful and watch them.....something you should not have to do.....hence dealers get a bad reputation.

Everyone was very helpful, they were able to take my car back to get serviced right away. We took the time to walk around the dealership and the sales team was very informative of the cars I was looking at and the options to trade in. Service took about the time they quoted plus the car wash which was appreciated, has been a great experience going to Lokey Nissan, and I have recommended it to friends and family looking for cars in the area.

Today was my second experience with James. I came with a friend here a few months ago and he was amazing. I was in the need for a new car today and went and saw him. James was phenomenal today! He made my car buying experience super easy and helped out every way possible. I’m so happy I came back to him.

The people are what sold me on doing business at this location. No numbers discussion, just gathering information as I would expect at the beginning and then having the vehicle ready for me to see when I arrived. It was a wonderful experience from the beginning to the end, and I told Curt that as well (the gentleman from the financial portion of the day). Dave and the gentleman who was shadowing him were both great and made a real effort to make sure that all of my questions were answered and kept the day a smooth occasion as we went over the vehicle I was interested in. There's no doubt that I was in the right place with the right people!

I have never ever met a salesman that I truly trusted until I met Angelo! Had I dealt with anyone else, I probably would have walked out. With my credit being mediocre, not very good, Angelo continued to work the numbers until they were in my favor. Almost like working magic. No pressure whatsoever, if anything, he gave me, sound advice about paying off my high interest debt with the sales I was getting from my trade-in.Here is a sales man who cares so much for his customers, putting them first and foremost. Everyone walks in with the story, and he’s very empathetic to the individual. He’s not there to make a quick sale, but wants what’s in the best interest of his clients. After he sold me the car, a really great deal, he has continued to follow up with me, being very attentive and stopping what he’s doing to answer any questions, or help out in anyway possible.If you go to Lokey Nissan and want the best service, the best deal, someone who actually listens to you and wants to work for you and get you the best deal in whatever financial situation you’re in, then ask for Angelo!
