My better half decided to buy a brand new range and a dishwasher, during the President day sale. Paid first everything online, and set a delivery date. Range was delivered on scheduled day and time, however no dishwasher. Employee from Lowe's called to say that they had not received the dishwasher and it would come at the end of the following week. Received confirmation that the dishwasher would be delivered today between 1 and 5 PM. This morning at 8:10 am they are on the door step making the delivery. We are on our way to work at this time,had to call and say we would be late. When the rude ass delivery driver showed up, he only dropped off the dishwasher. Refused to install it, we paid for installation it was part of the President's day sale. Called the Lowes store in Clearwater and where told nothing they could do about it. Left a message for the store manager to call us, no return call. We had to pay out of pocket to have the dishwasher installed by a third party. Think wisely before you do business with Lowes in Clearwater, they do not care anything at all about customer service, if they did I would not be posted this review. If you have purchased any appliances from this location do yourself a favor get your hard earned money back.

Terribly ran store. Do not trust delivery process, they will not bring things as promised, and will then hold your money hostage as part of arbitrary process.

This store now add a donation to every transaction, it’s set up automatically making you push a not button, I will no longer shop at this store I shop to make a purchase not a donation that one must question does it really go out to anyone and what is the load I would never make a donation to a second rate lumber yard

I had a miserable time trying to return something even with my original receipt. Employees not properly trained and able to think and use common sense. I won't ever go back. I've lived in area for 31 years and have been to this Lowe's dozens of times. They must forget about their competition Home Depot!!

Purchased flooring from our Clearwater Lowe’s. Associate at night was wonderful!! However the next day when we back to pick up the remaining boxes of flooring the staff (3 associates) were argumentative(telling us we had to take open boxes) When inventory show over 100 boxes in stock. Obviously they didn’t want to take the time to get some down. One associate got in my husband face and told him to take the open boxes or leave. My husband ask him to walk away. Store manager ‘on vacation’. No one will give district or regional numbers. Spent over $1300! Not only the worst customer service but my husband felt physically threatened by male associate. No one cares at that store!!

Worse experience and time wasted to extreme level that I felt disrespected. This store needs to fire everyone, even management. I wish I could give it zero star rating. I had to come here three times to exchange something, I bought a new leaf blower and paid full price for a broken and used leaf blower. Instead of giving me in-store credit so I could exchange and get a new one. I had to wait days later to get my refund. It’s not even in the pending so it feels 50/50. But how are you gonna sell me something used or broken without even doing an ops check on it first. “Let’s just package and sell this without even checking to see if it’s fully functional…” I can’t walk in this place without feeling some sort of hate due to the experience of disregard and disrespect I felt both from workers and management. If this is what Lowe’s stands for, then I’m glad I won’t shop here no more and hope Home Depot puts all of you out of business worse than blockbuster cause having to make an account to get a veterans discount is also a waste when I won’t be shopping here for anything ever again. Side note; Pushing the button for help is a waste of time considering 3 workers passed by with a glance and didn’t respond at all.

This lowes screwed over christmas. No leaf blower, every single leaf blower is used and washed up. They argued me over store credit or just a simple swap for another shitty leaf blower. The return desk is ran by incoherent stuck up workers that don’t know how to function as a human. 0/10!!!! NEVER GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CHRISTMAS RUINED BY HANDMEDOWNS

Came in for some wire to be cut by the foot at around 645 and wait over 20 minutes in one place ringing for 20 minutes only to be told the only wire cutter they have is helping 3other people when I’m standing in a empty isle wait customer service sucks there never again do I waste my time in any Lowe’s I went to ace hardware in Dunedin and it seems as if they roll out the red carpet to take care of their customers for only a couple dollars more it worth it not to put up with standing around bullshitting with several other customers while other people wait there were only very few people in the store at the time ( so on the way to ace hardware I showed them they were number 1twice on both hands too ) go to HOMEDEPOT people that the only way they will be better is to take the money away from them and give to better customer service

Ordered large window online using this Lowes as my store. The delivery came on schedule, but it was damaged, so they took it back. The return and refund process was a total mystery, and no one documented it, or could advise on next steps. The store couldn't help as it was an online order. I had to really press for a refund.
Once the refund was issued, they would not refund the delivery fee. So....why would you have to pay for delivery of a damaged item??? I've been a loyal card holder and heavy user for many years. Just a word of caution to all when ordering from Lowes online.

Horrible service for over a year now ! Employees do not know what they are doing and act unhappy . Smiles are nowhere ! I even went to Gulf To Bay store and while looking at washers and dryers I was approached by not one employee and the employee that was in department leaning against counter , not interested in assisting me. Get with it LOWES !

I have been buying these for years now. They don’t keep our records in the store past eight months and you have to go thru! Levelor!
they have none of our records!!!
