The phone system allowing someone to speak to a furniture representative is really BAD.

Buyer beware! Bought a leather sectional with the warranty. Sales lady said it would cover animal scratches. Previous leather sectional was used by two dogs and three cats without any damage. Sales lady lied, leather material was not covered. The Macys tech that came to take pictures said I was lied to. A lot of money was spent on the sectional and I wouldn't have done so if I knew the quality was not there and that Macys wouldn't stand by their product. The sectional name is Nevio 6-pc Leather "L" Shaped Sectional Sofa with 3 Power Recliners and Articulating Headrests, Created for Macy's. The leather scratches exceptionally easy. I left two reviews on the Macys website that they wouldn't publish.

Great variety and sales people weren't pushy. Found some great ideas for living room. Found additional discounts on like that weren't offered in store.

Loved shopping at this place. They have some wicked deals. The insurance covering on their items are admirable. Delivery is pretty far ou compare to similar stores so bear that in mind.

Tom asked if he could help us, showed us where to look for what we were looking for (mattresses) and then left us alone to look (at our request). Definitely thank Tom for helping us exactly how we needed.

We were looking to buy2 chairs. Unfortunately for Macy's we looked at a brand new one and a returned one I shall advise us that they cannot deliver the one that was returned. He wanted me to put it in my Volkswagen Tiguan. My wife and I drove down the road to Kanes furniture. Found two matching chairs at a better price I would never recommend going to Macy'sIf I could give it 0 stars I would

I have gone there several times to buy furniture. They do have a large selection, including a large selection of mattresses. The staff was always helpful. This time though, it was odd, it wasn't staffed enough. I had to find a sales person to help me. Maybe it was just because I went on a holiday weekend and a lot of the staff was off, not sure. Still, quality furniture.

Nice store and polite staff. Every furniture and every item is for sale at all the other furniture stores. I would give all furniture shops three stars. Even the ones that call themselves unique only have a few unique items. I was in and out.

DO NOT expect Kyle the manager of the jewelry department to help you! He made eye contact 3times but wouldn't help us. Stood around while other associates were swamped... Was going to purchase a $1,000 watch, but not from here now!!!!

Steve, Macy's rug consultant, has outstanding customer service. In addition, Amber, of Macy's service center, is extremely personable and professional and knowledgeable. She attended to all of our needs and even made follow-up inquiry calls with us. Incredible customer service! Thank you Amber and Steve and thank you Macy's!

When I think Macy's I think quality and service. How wrong I was. I purchased a bed for a friend in Florida. The delivery was three days late, and the delivery guys didn't even bother to call us to tell us that they would be late on the day of delivery. When they arrived, they told us they weren't scheduled to put together the bedframe, which was on a separate order. OK, I can live with that, or so I thought. After the guys left, I found that they had scraped the side corner of the boxspring. The mattress and boxsprings are navy blue, so there was a glaring white scrape on the front corner of the bed. The delivery occurred just before Thanksgiving, so once I got around to calling them, it was 10 days later. Apparently they give you 10 days to report any problems with the delivery, but the delivery people never told me this. Also, the 10th day doesn't count as 10 days, it counts as 11 days, so they had to send out an inspector to check out the scrape. I offered photos, but not good enough. He was scheduled for a Sunday, and they were supposed to call two days prior with a time. They never called, and he showed up at 8:30 in the morning. It's been a week now, and I've heard nothing from them. During the call that I made about the scrape, I also talked to them about the frame that was never put together. They assured me that someone would contact me within three days and have the frame assembly scheduled. The frame, by the way was almost $400 and made from wood. There's quite a bit of assembly to it. No word from them nearly two weeks later. In addition to these minor problems, the bigger problem is that I ordered a Seeley plush mattress, that is so soft you practically roll off the mattress when you get into bed. I sink into the mattress six inches. It's not plush, it's fluffy and I've had a sore back ever cents. I have two plush mattresses at my home in California, neither of which are this soft. To add insult to injury, I now find out that in order to return the mattress they charge an $85 pick up fee plus a 15% restocking fee which amounts to about $300 total for a $1500 mattress. I am so disappointed with the service from Macy's. I've heard nothing from them about the scrape, not putting the bed together and now I find out that I have to pay $300 to get rid of the damn thing. Very frustrating. In this day and age, customer service is of the upmost importance, IMO. I guess Macy's doesn't feel that way. I'll NEVER buy furniture from Macy's again.

Have good looking furniture, but the prices were too high for me even the sales.
