Rick was so easy to work with. No pressure to buy something out of our price range. He lead us in the right direction from walking through the door. He’s a very honest man! Would recommend him to anyone! He will not steer you in the wrong direction. He didn’t try and upsell us on anything. 10/10 recommend!

Great Saleman. He was a great help to me. I wanted to try a certain mattress. Even though it want the 6000$ model treated me very well. Helpful w the breathable mattress I wanted. I don't like to shop so he helped get me right to where I wanted to be.

We were greeted as we entered the store by Teri, the store manager. She was a warm and personable source of information on the hows and whys behind the construction of the mattresses. In her explanations, she pinpointed the reasons I was not sleeping well on my current mattress. Then she led us to the mattress she thought would suit me and would best compensate for my medical disabilities. She seemed to be genuinely concerned about my illness and the trouble I was having sleeping. And the mattress she suggested for me allowed me to move on the bed in ways I had wanted to move but could not on my current bed. I was comfortable as i lay on the suggested mattress. It addressed my needs well, and it was not among the most expensive mattresses in the store! -- For professionalism, for ready knowledge of the product, for genuine concern for the customer and their specific challenges, I recommend this store and this salesperson highly. I trust that the product itself will generate in me the same sort of pleasure and satisfaction that the buying experience did. Five stars for sure.

My wife and I recently bought a brand new Tempur Pedic bed from this particular location and we had the pleasure of working with Teri! She was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and polite. She saved us over 1,000$!! I will be sending everyone I know to her and her staff for a mattress!

Rick was our salesman and he was knowledgeable, informative and highly educated in mattresses. Normally, we would shop around at several mattress stores. Due to his expertise we made the decision in one day. So appreciate the no nonsense or sales pitch. Straight on point. Thank you

Steve was great, wonderful customer service. He worked with me until I was completely confident in choosing a mattresses and help me understand the differences between the brands. Would definitely shop there again. Can't wait for new mattress.

If you’re looking to buy a mattress, sheets, pillows or anything bedding this place is awesome! Ask for Richard. He gave the best customer service you can ask for. It’s about building relationships he said and I can guarantee you won’t be rushed. He will make sure to get the right products for you. I would definitely recommend mattress firm on gulf to bay and again ask for Richard.
