Chris is no longer a this store and the employee that took my SIM card out my phone and she didn’t even need to and didn’t even give it to me I don’t know what you were up to but I can assure you that it won’t work.when you call the store no staff answer the phone and don’t have any knowledge about cell phone service or anything need to go and find another job that’s in your range I can assure you, I will never recommend or step foot in that store again a bunch of thieves

Horrible customer service. I spoke with Chris and he was very rude and demanded I gave him my name before he answered any of my questions. I will never do business at this location ever again.

I was delighted with the service and friendliness of George and Chris. I went in with a battery problem on an old iPhone 7. While I passed the time learning about their native country, Syria, Chris found a used battery (with 82% life on it) and installed it. This only took 20 minutes.They quoted me $60. When I put the money on the counter, he said it would only be $20 because the battery was used. I tried to tip them each $20 but they wouldn't accept the money. I believe this is as friendly and honest a shop as you'll find. I highly recommend them.

My experience on this site was very bad, they sold me an iPhone at a new price and then I discovered that it was used in the Apple store, I feel scammed, it was a deception, I suggest you don't go there, and that Mr. charges you for everything

The manager Chris is truly awesome! He goes above and beyond to help with anything you need. I won't go to any other store. Whenever we walk in, we get treated like family.

I had just come from another metro store. I was so disgusted with the treatment I was ready to leave metro after over 10yrs of being with them. I went to this store on drew street and they tried to help me. It was all I wanted. My problem couldn't be resolved but they tried to help. That is what you want from customer service. I will continue going there from now on. They were wonderful and managed to change how I felt about leaving metro pcs.

Chris, the owner, has been the sole reason I have been with metro, about 15 years. Good knowledge, recommendations fit the application ( business versus destructive daughter for example) He backs what he sells.
