This location is a joke. Prince is one of the rudest people I have encountered. Went in to see if they could help with my phone that I had bought there 2 years prior. He said nope, I need a new phone. He would not help me when I asked, handed me a phone he had sitting next to him. I purchased it, which was a huge mistake, and had numerous issues with it. When I went back, he said I should have read their policy about returns. Apparently, if you chose to keep your number, they won't refund or exchange. He was rude and basically just turned away from me.
If you want to be treated like a person, don't go there. I only gave 1 star because there wasn't a star for 0.

Asked not to be called sweetheart & they gave attitude after. That was as soon as i walked in. Then they wanted twice the cost of a upgrde phone vs new line. Rip off artist.

I only put one star because I’m not allowed to put zero. This metropcs is one of the worst I’ve ever been to. These people are scamming people who are probably already struggling and trying to get a decent phone and plan. While I was in there atleast 3 people were in there complaining and not being helped. The men that work here are scum and not good people. Please don’t go spend your hard earned money here with these terrible people.

THE worst customer service EVER - I will be leaving t-mobile as NO CUSTOMER that pays their bills and is a great customer deserves to be treated so poorly. Your feelings don't matter, ever, this was a business transaction and you are nothing in the world of t-mobile or in the human world. You deserve to be fired as you have zero skills.

The "manager" of this place is a joke. I've been w metro since I was a teenager I went inside to pay my bill not only was the guy rude (I wish I got his name) but when I paid cash for it he kept the change and said "I dont have the change to give back to u." "It cost more money to pay inside than outside at the machine. My phone bill is 50 $ I have him 100 kept the change n when I asked to use the machine outside, same things, doesn't give change back. This location particularly is a scam. I got a text message then thank u for ur 53$ dollar payment. The man clearly said it would go to my credit on my next bill. Scam. If ur the manager please respond so I can get ur name. Ur embarrassing to this store n to the costumers. Ur profession shouldn't be selling phones and giving consumers great costumer service. Please respond with the managers name to this store w ur email because non of the money has gone to my credit and this dumb kid is scamming everyone.

My phone had the apple logo and a white horrizonal line. They pressed the 3 buttons and nothing. They said it will cost hundreds of $$ to go to a cell phone repair. So they sold me a new phone. My neighbor said go to CPR repair. So I did and the lady there pressed the 3 buttons and the phone was back. She didn't charge me anything. I went back to this store and they said they would not take the phone back. Besides they said, I have a better phone now that can handle 5g. It was still new in the box!!! I went back to the store 4 times because my data wasn't transfered. Anyway, I went to Spectrum and transfered my cell phone. They said the 2 phones were identical. I feel that I have been scammed and ripped off. I would be happy to get rid of this phone I paid $300 for. Mary Kinloch
