Sales person lied to me about the amount of data. Called in to customer service and they said ‘no problem, I’ll make a note on your account and you’ll get a full refund’Go back and the manager tells me “past the first day, you can’t get a refund. Have a nice day”So… off to call corporate and declare fraud.What a nightmare… bait and switch.

A guy at this Metro screwed me over on 01/24/24. I went to upgrade my phone he said cheapest way was to get a new # and come back and transfer to my number on Sunday. The phone was $599. Plus I got a case and screen protector and charger he said he would do all 3 for $49. Plus activation. He ended up charging my credit card $472 and my debit $27.35 and financed $464under my old #. I shouldnot have had anything financed because of the he did the new account. Now I am being way over charged.. I am stuck now. I tried going back twice. He made up lies to rationale the price

The dimwit who manages this store thinks that an upgrade means selling you a phone that's inferior to the one you already have. And then when you realize this and take it back to get a refund he hides behind a policy that states no refunds for upgrades so now I'm stuck with this phone I paid $900 for that's inferior to the one I already had. So we're leaving Metro after over 10 years of being with them. If I had taken this to any other Metro store I'm sure I would have gotten my money back. It's the types like the imbecile who manages this particular store in Largo whose greed and infantile intellect prevents him from understanding the basic concept of the value of repeat business and so becomes responsible for driving away customers in droves to other.carriers. Lots of luck to you Shiny, you're going to need it.

Very rude and unprofessional. He (Pedro) took my phone from me instead of just asking me for the pin being texted, almost like he thought I stole the phone. After that he was just short with me. Will not go back to that store. Have been with Metro a long time and have never been treated like that.

Don't do it if you want cell service and value your sleep. They don't care if you have service or not. Just pay your bill or they will charge you to pay your bill. That's their motto!

ghetto miserable lady didnt want to help me and dropped the F bomb @ me. had to keep repeating myself because she pretended to act confused. other girl didnt seem bothered at all by her and never apologized for her behavior either. this is 100% the responsibility of the owner of this authorized retailer. i put all the fault on him/her. havent really been out in this area since 2005ish, and i see a lot has changed. i never once encountered this type of service back in those days around here- pinellas county was a very very nice place to live and raise kids. yes even on missouri ave. already submitted my formal complaint to metro by t-mobile corporate!!

Unhelpful and unprofessional. I had a problem with texts, perhaps I was blocked but I'd had this issue just last week. I didn't vote for Desantis or Trump, I'm a kind and respectful person and these three guys did as little as possible to help me.i hope I never see any of them again.
