The place is kind of hidden. The lady there gave me the wrong charger to the cord I bought
Had to go back to get the correct one. Gas is not cheap to make an additional unnecessary trip.
I wanted to buy a phone but didn't carry the latest Samsung model.

Ahmad was absolutely amazing! Great person to deal with! Came in to get a new phone for my mother, he even gave us a free case for her!

Only thing the lady knows about phones is how much memory space they have. Wouldn't do the switch everything over thing the new phone I just bought off her. Other store in Dunedin had a much better deal somehow on a better phone like I had. All good. Lesson learned.

Try to upsell everyone. After you pay they will ignore you if you come back with questions. Very unaccommodating if you have a problem or Return issue. They want nothing to do with you. SAD

Very Remedial with Their Solutions...or problem solving....if it is not paying a phone bill or trying to sell accessories/purchase a phone... Uninformative....And if you don't want to be in Customer Service Quit.... because that is basis of it..... And that Jiovanni...What a Tenderfoot

Definitely reccomend this store. Excellent customer service every time l visit, staff is friendly and educated so as to offer choices in phones, plans and accessories. Also they were able to deal with a difficulty in charging issue without a fee- just all around helpful!
