I was having an emergency with a program that was missing from our server. Dylan from Metrotech called me immediately and walked me through the process of finding the missing program. He was so patient with me since I am not particularly computer savvy and resolved the issues within a few minutes. I would highly recommend him.

MetroTech is great. All the staff are friendly and responsive. Eric, the owner is so down to earth and professional. Danaysia always answers the phone and quickly dispatches whatever help we need. Dylan has been our onsite tech, and he is so knowledgeable and yet explained things in simple terms as he swiftly handled our issues. Javier was helpful and friendly as he was learning the ropes with Dylan. Overall, an awesome team that gets the job done! Highly recommend!

Beware, they charge $185 just to come and give an estimate. They also charge a fee to pay their invoice. I won't be using them again for my businesses.
-as an update to their response, I specifically told your employee in the email chain to deal with me only. No one else represented me. And yes, I paid the $185 reluctantly for a diagnosis that was done by me before they got there.

Eric, with over 25 years in the IT business and his team of technicians migrated an Active Directory from a Windows 2003 Server to a newer Windows 2012 r2 Server. My thoughts to Eric were that I would have completed the migration, eventually. In this instance it was wiser to pay someone with more experience completing the process. The customer deserved better. Eric has the expertise. Metro Tech IT is also very conscious and aware of customer requirements. They did a great job in a timely manner. It was worth all monies expended.
