I like the inventory Michaels keeps on their shelves. I miss the fabric selection they had years ago. With Joann closing in our area I hope Michaels will return to selling fabrics.

This is store is very dim, rundown, and ghetto. I bought stickers, which were supposed to be 40% off each, and the cashier rang them up at full price. We tried the self-checkout prior to going to the cashier, and the paper pads we attempted to purchase were mismarked. They were supposed to be $3.99 but rang up as $7.99 and $8.99. When we requested help to inquire about the prices, nobody came over. A third cashier walked over to the checkout area, but ignored us and began helping another cashier bag. The other cashier was just talking with a lady for a solid 10 minutes, making no effort to help any other customers. Will not be returning.

I go to Michael’s only when I have to. Very expensive and overpriced framing. They fleece customers and produce average quality custom frames. Find a local independently owned store. Much better quality and service
