Had large screw imbedded in rear tire and the Midas team took me in very rapidly. Courteous and honest.
The owner John Kordameier didn’t want to charge me as no air leak to fix (screw did not make it to the chamber)so no repair needed. Still the employees worked on my vehicle for close to 20 minutes.
Gave a tip regardless to the team. Highly recommend this place

Sean, the manager is absolutely amazing! He’s a great boss and Midas is blessed to have him! I will be recommending them to all of my friends and family. I got my oil changed and they rotated my tires that included in the service. Plus I got the discount coupon on the website. He’s got a well oiled team! Great job guys!

Midas team has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced myself. I’m constantly running into things getting over explained and overcharged, but Never at Midas. They’re very direct and helpful and will only take care of the specifics you ask for. Love it here!

Bought a car and 2 days later had the check engine light come on. Was told to go to this location..Soon happy I did! Found a few other things needing to be fixed and took me right in. Midas is one of the authorized shops through my DriveCare warranty company. I’m so grateful I choose them! My A/C started acting up a few months ago and finally went out. I stopped by on a Saturday and they were already full for the day. Rick made me an appointment on Monday at 2pm. I dropped my car off and by 4pm I received a call from Sean that my compressor was bad. He told me they would have the part the next morning. My car was ready by noon Tuesday! I highly recommend Midas for vehicle repairs and maintenance!

I went there for an oil change they were very cordial professional and on point. I used to be an insurance adjuster and I've dealt with many shops throughout my lifetime. The staff here (Sean and John), as well as, the shop itself left the whole process without any improvement needed. I would recommend them to everyone.

Didn't have no knowledge of the mechanical issues that was taking place on my vehicle. None of the techs even after explaining and pointing out the noise. I dropped my truck off in Clearwater at their location and drove 40 minutes back home to Pasco. Here's the kicker, I received a phone call from the guy Chris. I guess he's customer service 🤨🙄🤭. Whoever he is. Telling me they recommend that I take my truck to the dealership 🤣🤣🤣 that they couldn't detect the noise. Funniest thing I ever witnessed after dropping my truck off 20 miles away. RIDICULOUS 🤦🏾♂️. They thought they were just going to just repair my truck to the best of "their knowledge". Wasn't happening like that. I don't think I'll be going back to that one in Clearwater 👎🏿

Midas really helped me out after I spent over $400 with them. They could have simply told me that they made a good faith diagnosis and effort to remedy my problem and that they would have to charge me for further repairs/attempts. However, instead of that they fixed my issue for free! Really appreciate Midas working with me on this issue.
