I walked in today to open an account with this amazing bank to find out they give out free popcorn my friend here the Mrs.Popcorn lady gave me fresh baked popcorn and I had some great popcorn, and a great time!!

BANKER BEWARE!! This bank only holds electronic files for 6 months. If you do not upload your transactions to an accounting software you will only be able to access your transactions via paper file or pdf. WHAT A JOKE OF A BANK!!!!! I AM SO SORRY I HAVE ALL OF MY BUSINESS ACCOUNTS HERE!!!! WHAT A MISTAKE!!!!!

he Clearwater branch on gulf to bay has the most friendliest and efficient staff. I especially want to commend Nicholas Stanger for his dedication to the best customer care. He reviewed my accounts with me and looked out for the best investment strategies for all of my accounts.I see you are building a new location on east bay drive and I would like to recommend Nicholas to be considered for branch manager. I would like to continue having Nicholas as my financial advisor at the new location. He has a lot of potential to offer Midflorida. God bless you all.

Client for about 5 years. I closed my account today. Takes a while to get anything done, many things done incorrectly the first time, and I would have to come back. If I needed anything inside, it was a minimum of 30 minutes. The longest was an hour and a half.Workers were always friendly.I changed banks and nothing has taken more than 20 minutes. I no longer have to plan my day around stopping at the bank.

Great Bank. Just moved to Palm Harbor. This bank is great for my auto loan and mortgage. They beat other bank rates and my credit card from them pays 2.5% back no limitations. Every time I go in this branch the people are so nice.

Went in today to add an account holder and sat for a half hour while agents were in their office playing on their phones and multiple tellers at the counter with no customers wouldn’t help because it’s not their department- which is understandable but cross training should be important to keep patrons from long wait times especially when they aren’t helping anyone else at the time.

I want to share my wonderful experience with Nicholas Stanger. I have been a member with this branch for the past year and a half I went to a different bank in Pasco county when I moved out here that’s when I met Nicolas for the first time and today after explaining me and great details how to deposit a big settlement that I received and have it where the way I want it was very easy-going nonstressful and very helpful the options that he gave me. You do not find many people will go above and beyond but I have to say Nicholas has done above that and deserves more than five stars I will definitely be telling my coworkers and where I work that they need to go open an account and to see him I appreciate everything you have done Nicolas and corporation needs to make you into management because you are very smart you’re very kind and you’re very patient and as a customer I really appreciate it thank you so much?

Bad customer service at this branch. It is run by Hispanics that get better treatment. All this POS credit union is steal fees from you. This is not a good credit union at all. I have done business with credit unions all my life. The big banks are coming around. Look elsewhere. Garbage all day long.

This is the rudest financial center I have ever dealt with in my life..this bank has ZERO customer service. I have an auto loan with them and the mafia does less shakedowns than Midflorida does when you are a month behind..I guess they forgot we are in a recession and a pandemic...I rarely write reviews but I have literally dealt with only 1 friendly person the entire time (not counting the people who work directly in the bank, they are always friendly)...super rude and hard to deal with and I cringe every time I have to speak with these ghetto employees

Today was my first time at this branch. Every MFCU branch I've been to has been excellent to work with. Nicholas helped with multiple things I needed today and was extremely helpful and timely. Glad I bank with MFCU.
