From Michigan. No issues with my car. Wanted oil change and tire rotation. They said I needed rear brake job and Carbon cleaning. FORD does the Oil and Tire rotation. They inspect. But this shop took advantage of me.
Yes, I screwed up, and didn't cancel the rear brake job in time. $450 they charged me in labor. Of course the Manager was no where to be found when I went to get my car.
They wanted to Carbon clean for another $400 or more. ? What a rip off shop.
About $900 they wanted in Labor? Probably more.
Don't go here. Go elsewhere.
