I'm just as down on this place as ever I have been. I still feel like I need a bath every time I walk out of here, but it's almost like having a bad habit. You go, get your stuff cheaper than anywhere else, you hope you don't get robbed, and you go home. I had to pick up several odds and ends for my Dear Mother. This was pretty much the best option I had unless I wanted to go to 2 or 3 other places in a row. As it is a Saturday the store was filled with the polar opposite of America's Best & Brightest. The second star is for a combo of value for one's dollar and improved sense of self worth as a result of today's visit. The checkout lines were horridly long, so the Queen Bee and I actually stood at self checkout. It's against her principles to use self checkout as a rule. We just wanted to GTFO without having to wait in a 25-minute line for a few food products and a economy size bottle of lotion. Our time is more valuable than simply standing in a long line. At any rate, if you like pretty much anything under the sun for cheap prices, then have at it, but do so at your own peril. All the run of the mill national brands of food are here in the grocery section: mediocrity by economies of scale! Same is true of clothing, home goods, beauty supplies and everything betwixt and beyond. Here's the one bright spot in all this gloom...they offer delivery too!

this store cannot, will not and does not deliver your items to the right address. upon watching the tracking i could not even contact the driver to tell them they delivered to wrong house for items that we had been waiting for all day. the best walmart could do was give me a refund that would take 10 days! done with walmart!!!!!!

Wow - customer service I think it's called.....had a highchair to return (still in box unopened) & at first, said no returns over $50 without a receipt, then found out she was wrong, and decided to process the return for $68 without our knowledge. We decided to just keep it (on their site for $110 - no markdown nor clearance) then was told it would count toward our limit for returns EVEN THOUGH WE DID NOT DO A RETURN. No return call to this date - over 2 weeks ago. Generally very nasty return department

On the morning of 1/18/2022 I got on website for Walmart Supercenter on 2677 Roosevelt Blvd, Clearwater, FL 33760. I noticed the did finally post that you could order the Covid-19 Test but only listed as a "Delivery". This Covid-19 Test also was "Next Day Delivery 1/19/22". I ordered 2-Test to so my niece could take one and get back to work. ONE HOUR after I ordered the 2/Covid-19 Test, my sister went shopping at this same Walmart Store on Roosevelt Blvd. She decided while there to check if by chance there were any Covid Test. She found 7-Covid Test sitting on a lower shelf near the Pharmacy Area. She bought two Covid Test in case my Order would later be 'canceled' like it was several weeks ago. Still morning I got an email that my 'Order' was being processed. I felt good that I would have these test on 1/19/22 as stated on Walmart's Web Page. Late that afternoon I received the 'Tracking Number' but was not good. It tells me that my Order is processed BUT !!! Leaving out of "TEXAS", arriving on 1/21/22. WHAT!!! What happened to my Next Day Delivery. They actually had the Covid Test in the store yet sending mine from TEXAS! I was told by the store I needed to call ( 1-800-924-9206) which is there OnLine Order's Customer Service . I did and spoke with a girl named JEN. She said I had two options: 1} Refuse order from FedEx or bring the 'Order' to the store for "REFUND". I decided to return the purchase back to the store as I was assured I could get a "Refund". I felt at least since the store keeps running out of Covid Test, this would give them back TWO to Sell after they "LIED" to me concerning the Shipment DATE. At the Customers Service at Walmart was told not to open the package. The woman Scanned my Order then tells me that her system says there are "NO ITEMS ON MY RECEIPT THAT ARE RETURNABLE". I told her that "Jen" at there Online Customer Service assured me that I would be able to "RETURN" these two Test. So now they have EMPLOYEES LYING TO CUSTOMERS. They Lied to me on my Delivery Date and lead me to believe I could "RETURN" my Order. There was nothing on the Web Page stating No Returns on Purchase. This is another example of the Ugly Ways Walmart Corporate treats Customers and why so many of their Employees talk bad about Walmart. They have no "SELF RESPECT" FOR THEMSELVES and the Business.

My husband is a disabled vet and needs the electric cart to shop. He has shopped in the Walmart Supercenter on Roosevelt Blvd., Largo, FL several times! They have loads of Disabled parking on the outside but NOT near enough electric carts!!!! What is wrong with you people? When he asked a supervisor where they all were she just shrugged it off and said "they must all be in use"! When we go to Sams, BJ's, Publix, anywhere, there is always some available!! You guys need to make more available for that size of store!! Shame on you!! You'd think with all the elderly that lives in Florida they would have more than enough!

They wouldn't let me return my baby GIFT that was bought yesterday with tags still on it and all in tact, because I didn't have the receipt? Pure comedy actually. This is why you shop at TARGET!

I phoned this Walmart; over 20 Rings before answered. Asked for Toy Department; placed on hold over 26 minutes. They will not answer the phone!

Lousy store, Do not order grocery pick up from this location, I arrived at 9 AM when I had a 9 to 10 timeslot, two hours later my groceries are still not out to the car and employees throw their hands up saying they don't know they are backed up if they'll even have them ready today, I complain to management and their words were go somewhere else if I'm not happy, so I'll let everybody know my horrible experience and will definitely take their advice and go somewhere else.

If I had know it was going to cost me a full after noon to sent money store to store I would have used Wester Union. The Wallmart people were not the problem, it was RIA Financial Services, not only did I have a problem with them but customer before me had a similar issue, i.e. transaction was put on hold/ canceled. Did not find out about problem until recipient could not get the money for no reason just the store did no have the funds. If you value your customers, a service provider other than RIA should be used.

This Walmart has not aged well. I've been stopping in for random quick buys on the way home for the past couple of years now. The only thing is that quick buys are in short supply at this location. I've always had to wait in line to check-out, whether the dead of night or in the middle of the day. They have self-checkout lanes partitioned in the front of the store but they always seem to be closed off. Selection isn't bad for a Walmart, but it feels considerably more cramped than the Walmart farther south on US 19 in Pinellas Park. Like most Walmarts, the shelves are messy and the prices aren't always marked. Customer service is next to non-existent but overall interactions with associates is pleasant enough. They are obviously overworked though, hopefully staffing could be increased.

This place should start over. Once again, and this is the sixth time, count it SIX that I stopped in and all the coolers with food and the deli has been s*** down and empty. I'm fed up. Grocery shopping is a gamble here I no longer wanna take. Others that are local I am sure will agree. Even when I asked the cashier about it, she remarked how Walmart keeps saying they will replace these coolers but she isn't holding her breath. This store already had a fire which closed it and they CLEARLY cannot operate a grocery department. I'm done done done.
