I just tried to call and see if they could help me with filing a tax form. I was hoping to be a new client, but the woman that answered, Connie, would not even let me speak. Then proceeded to hang up on me. So, I guess they could not help, and do not need new clients.

I called to get input on my return that I’m filing myself. The tax pro at the store was very unprofessional and did want to help do to I was not filing thur with their company. I would never send anyone to this tax place

We had our church accounts done at this office and they did a great job. Our taxes are little complicated and it was completed on a timely fashion without any additional time charges. CPA was great.

They totally filed my taxes wrong costing me 3,000. When I clearly explained my problem to the tax preparer all he had to do was file injured spouse. It took them over 3 weeks and they did my taxes wrong! They will NOT fix their mess up its been months now. They should close the doors!!!!! Worst tax service ever!

I am the office manager for the "New" Mr. Tax.The two derogatory reviews are unfounded. First, the review from Barbara is incorrect. Her son paid to have his taxes prepared by the "Old" Mr. Tax, who has passed away, and paid $750 to do his taxes. For 2020, with the new mr.tax, he was charged $500. Therefore, he paid much less than the year before. Mr. Tax has not unfairly raised his fees, however, if fees are increased, it is because there was more work and time involved. Mr. Tax is very fair and has given some clients a break if they had an issue paying. People, please do not listen to what other people say, because you may not know the whole story. People only tell you what they want you to know. In response to "Bill's" review, we, myself included, have always treated our clients with respect and always make everyone feel welcome, even when a client is rude to us. I am always friendly and greet our clients with a smile. Furthermore, Bill is not even a client as we do not have a file on him. No doubt, someone, perhaps a friend, has asked him to retaliate against us. The derogatory comments are unfounded. Thank you for reading our comments. Wishing you a happy and blessed day! :)

The new owner Kishore really knows his taxes, and being an ex IRS agent knows exactly what the IRS looks for and how to avoid an audit. He fixed the errors in my books in no time, and really put me on the right track to manage my business books properly. Super responsive too. 5 Stars all day.

Barbie Eisele and Bill Cain never did taxes in this office in 2020 or 2019. If they don't remove the fake information, I will definitely take them to court as soon as this tax season is done.

I have been a client of Mr. Tax for years. The new Mr. Tax is the best place to have your taxes prepared. The CPA who is now the owner of Mr. Tax and great credentials and very knowledgeable. I felt so confident having my taxes prepared by him. He explained my questions with professionalism and with terms I could understand. The office staff were very friendly and would recommend anyone needing the taxes done. Thank you Mr. Tax; you guys are wonderful! See you next year!! :)

Beware Beware as the previous person posted! My husband and I have been long time customers of awesome Paul’s. My son, army vet also has used Mr Tax for several years and was just taken advantaged by the new so called owner tax preparer just like the previous post. He was charged 500 dollars also , which he or us have never ever paid that much to get our taxes done even with itemizing . They never said Paul was no longer there and we’re gonna charge him this crazy amount. This means we are looking for a new tax preparer this year, so miss Paul!
