Ordered a pair of shoes on line, A brand new to me, when they arrived they were too narrow. No problem returning to the store. They credited my account and I reordered next size (again on line) they fit great and the credit showed up in my account right away. Don't you just love getting shoes on sale? Especially, when you're assured you won't get stuck with something that does' fit.

This place is run terribly, almost none of the men’s shoes are in the correct spot, it’s almost impossible to find someone to open the sunglasses case to try them on, the prices are way more than you can find the same thing for online. It’s so hot in here I’m literally sweating just standing still. I have no idea how this place stays in business.

Grace that works up front was very patient and helpful in doing my returns not once but twice for the same item because I didn't have my glasses to read the size.
The men's shoe section is well organized and has a nice selection of designer shoes. The men's section of clothing looks very sparse and not a great selection of items you would expect.
