It would be very hard to get worse service at any store in Clearwater Largo area nobody at all in the store. I thought they were closed and just about 23 employees just standing around looking at their phone and I asked him for some glue paper glue and the one guy kept looking at his phone didn’t even worry about me and he said just stepping down there 2 isles place is ridiculous. I will never ever go there again ever.Office Depot needs to go.Make room for a homeless shelter.

I was there today and the guy was so nasty. he looked like he was in the bad mood and taken again the clients I’m not going back to that place anymore. You have no right to treat people like that. Bad bad bad customer service.

Customer service at this location is horrible. It would be nice if you had people working that actually didn't mind coming to work. If your systems are down, it has nothing to do with customers... be nice to them. Won't go to this location again.

Worst experience ever, i ordered business cards 6/12/2024 next day order was in the same place that a young blonde guy left it the previous day, went back 6/14 (2 days later) not ready,then my nightmare began, a female name Kassey who is suppose to be the person in charge of the business cards printing, with an horrible attitude start giving me a million excuses, she was rude and disrespectful at a next level at the point that she called me a liar right in my face. as a Service Manager myself totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Never will visit your company again, EVER!

Had great customer service by employee Eric. He went above and beyond helping me with making copies and printing a shipping label for a return I needed mailed out. Very nice and professional young man!

Service on my print/copy jobs has been very quick. The online app to upload your content is easy to use. website says you can use a powerpoint file, but the text was messed up when i tried it. the pdf file worked better. would be nice if the app had just a few more features, like adjusting margins. overall, pretty good experience as long as you have some experience working with graphics, pdfs, etc.

I AM COMPLETELY DISGRACED WITH HOW I WAS TREATED!,I HAVE COME TO THIS STORE FOR MANY YEARS AND HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED THE WAY I WAS TREATED THIS MORNING!!!!TWO FEMALE WORKERS WITH VERY NASTY DISPOSITIONS THAT HAD NO KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS OR ANY TYPE OF MANNERS WERE VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND UNEDUCATEDLY SPOKEN....VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THEM!!!I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!
