Poor poor customer service she had such an attitude. cashier act like her job is so hard to stand behind the counter, appears to be doing nothing but talking about buying something online

Went there tonight at 6:30 pm to buy a printer. After ten minutes of being ignored, a woman with a mask on told me that no one was there to help me. Apparently he was “on break” and said she was sorry that I had to wait. I didn’t wait. I drove up the road to Staples and bought a printer for $400. Staples customer service was dismal too, but at least I finally got someone to show up. I was trying to support our local stores rather than going the easy route of Amazon. Not really worth my effort.

Never do curbside pickup from this store. They took 24 hours to assemble a chair and then when I went to pick it up the employee basically refused (another just stood there staring at us) to help me get it into my car and almost dropped it, bc she wasn’t actually lifting it at all, which caused me to hurt my back to catch it. This employee also admitted upon my entering the store “she’ll be with me in a minute because she hasn’t even clocked in yet because someone else called out” with MAJOR ATTITUDE. I also called numerous times about the status of my assembly & the phone was never answered. Extremely disappointing.
**EDIT**, I am updating my 1 star to 4; I was reached out to by multiple people from their customer experience department, everyone from the friendly Paige to corporate level employees. The store manager personally called me to apologize for what happened and said this was absolutely something that never should have occurred, he also mailed me a $25 gift card. THIS is true customer service & I will continue to be a loyal Office Depot shopper due to how this was handled. Thank you Office Depot!

They have no idea what they’re doing. They hire people who don’t even speak English and insult you when you attempt to check out. Carmen cannot operate a computer and goes on rants about how much she hates her manager and how annoyed she is with customers. She cannot operate the check out computer and barely speaks English. Workers are not responsive, extremely slow, and just straight up idiotic. Obviously not a thriving business.

Went to Office Depot today to print some emails. Only one copier working. Staff behind desk had no interest in helping me when I had questions on how to print from copier. Waited 30 mins for copier to free up. Staff said they are “short handed” and unable to assist. By the time I figured it out on my own and helped another customer who had questions…I was there almost an hour to print 40 pages. Customer service is sorely lacking. I was dumb not to go to Staples.

If you need to get ink cart for your printer go to wallmart. Its a rip off at this location. Dont buy from this place. I looked at the price and it was insane and then i went to walmart and it was a lot cheaper.

I think overall the staff in this store is very helpful. It's my regular OD store. The manager was busy with rearranging the store (probably a task that came down from above) but was happy to help me select a product to meet my needs. I like the people who work there.

Terrible service. Chair not in stock but they will sell you the floor model for $15 more than the ticket price. Why would someone pay $15 more for an item which has marks, scratches, and used?!
